HUA HIN is a favourite beach resort year-round for both Thai and foreign visitors. The town has retained its traditional charm, but has also developed all the modern facilities required by visitors.

GETTING HERE
We can arrange your transfers from/to Bangkok city or airports by private minivan or taxi. Guests will be met at the airport or their hotel and transferred directly to Hua Hin.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to get about the town is with the local Baht Buses which leave every few minutes from nearby Seacraze and run all the way into downtown Hua Hin, passing the main shopping centres on the way. Just ring the bell when you want off. The cost is just 10 to 15 Baht per person. Inexpensive taxis and tuk-tuks are also readily available.

BEACHES
Apart from the main Hua Hin and Khao Takiab beaches there are many other beautiful and often deserted beaches to explore all along the coastline. Many offer water sports, restaurants serving the freshest seafood, Thai massage and manicure, or just relax with a beer taking in the tropical atmosphere.

DINING
There are many good restaurants and bars around the area. Try Three Chefs nearby and Anantasila on the beach.

SHOPPING
There are some interesting markets and two modern shopping malls ... Market Village and Bluport. Near Seacraze there are local shops, including convenience stores, pharmacy, laundry, beauty salons, massage and Cicada night market.

ACTIVITIES
Golf, elephant and horse riding, water sports, go-karting or a day at the water park. The spectacular Vana Nava water theme park is nearby. Less active pursuits include the night markets offering a wealth of Thai crafts, a visit to the National Park, a Thai cooking course, a relaxing spa treatment or a wander round the many temples.

GOLF
Hua Hin has several world class courses. Sea Pines is just a 15-minute walk from Seacraze. Pineapple Valley and Black Mountain are considered to be among the finest courses in Asia, with spectacular scenery and restaurants serving great food. Other nearby courses include Royal Hua Hin, Palm Hills, Springfield, Majestic Creek and Imperial Lake View.

Seacraze worth a visit

Very well kept grounds and pool,which is 60 meters long, both are kept in top oder. Staff friendly and helpful. The apartments are mostly privately owned, so what is offered in your apartment depends on the owner, our apartment was tops, not much to moan about at all.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Jen, der gute Geist, sorgte einmal die Woche für neue Wäsche und führte eine gründlichere Reinigung durch. Zur Anlage: sehr sauber, man kümmert sich. Dienstags morgens Grundreinigung, mit Desinfektion der Poolanlage, Bereucherung evtl. vorhandenen Ungezifers usw. Wach und übriges Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Umfeld: sehr nette Restaurants, nicht weit zum Strand oder Golfplatz. Sehr empfehlenswert der grüne Bus, für 10 Bath ins Zentrum. Auf diesem Weg liegen auch viele interessante Ziele. Der Bus fährt bis ca. 21 Uhr und kostet ab 19 Uhr 15 Baht. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

The apartment was all that we could have wished for, everything was thought of, pleasant stay.

The pool was huge, same depth throughout. Not really enough seating, when we were there many young children quite noisey. We usually went to the beach, which was not to far to walk to. The pool and surrounding area was kept very clean. It would have been nice to have sat at the pool with a nice cold drink, however No beverages allowed at the pool. We were there for a month. Go figure? All in fairness we would still return. Property is in a good location, and the apartment we had was superb. Gordon and Helen Glen 🇨🇦

FIRST CLASS HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Had the pleasure of living in this lovely apartment for 2 months over the Christmas period. The location is absolutely perfect, the facilities great, pool excellent and it even has a gym that is being upgraded at this time. What more could you ask for when visiting this lovely country. My wife and I can not thank John and Kay, the owners, enough. Great hosts and such friendly people. Nothing was too much trouble and they offered sound advice of local restaurants and places of interest. We enjoyed it that much that we have already booked for a 3 month visit later this year. John, Kay, and Jen, you are absolute stars. Thank you so much. See you soon!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We have been to Thailand many times, this was our first visit to Hua Hin. We stayed in apartment D709 which had views to the front of the complex and out to sea. The apartment was first class with everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioning in every room, very clean, plenty of towels for use in the apartment and another set of towels for use around the pool or the nearby beach. Wifi was good and easy to log on at no extra cost. The lift in the block was essential as we were on the 7th Floor. the entrance was secured to each entrance along with security at the main complex. The location was good with plenty of restaurants just outside and near the complex. One of our favourites was U Sa Mas which was just across the road and very well priced with some of the best Thai cuisine we have had in Thailand. The beach was just a 5 minute walk down the lane, it was clean and had plenty of shade and beach restaurants for food and drinks. Hua Hin is a lovely place, the town is stretched out along the main road so having to get the local bart bus or taxi for the 10-15 minute ride to town was never a problem. Taxi’s are also readily available just a minute walk from the apartment, however if you need one arranging for you John or Kay are more than happy to arrange this. John and Kay are fantastic hosts, we had two evenings with them, the first time Kay cooked a fabulous Thai buffet for friends and invited us to join them. the second was the night before we left Hua Hin and was at another local restaurant which also served great Thai food. Would we go back again!!! Definitely. We even extended our initial booking by 3 nights.

D705 is a lovely apartment overlooking the pool,its about 5-10mins walk to the small bus to Hua Hin,and the local beach. John & Kay the hosts were very could catering for all our needs nothing was to much trouble,restaurants located across from Seacraze were very reasonably priced and the food was very good. What a pleasure it was to stay in D709 at Seacraze. Ideal location of Khao Takiab which is around 10 minutes from Hua Hin Central. Only a 4 minute walk to beautiful beach, or you can just relax in the huge Seacraze Pool. This apartment is the Jewel in the Crown of holiday apartment rentals. No effort has been spared with the first class ammenities provided in the way of bedding, utensils, crockery etc. Equipped with excellent satellite T.V. and you can catchup with what's happening at home with BBC, or chose from a wide range of latest release movies. The hosts John & Kay are just fabulous people. There to meet you on arrival and any assistance required is normally answered inside 10 minutes. Thank You John & Kay for making my stay such a memorable and pleasant experience.

Excellent Accommodation, very helpful owners.

Have previously stayed at 5 star hotels when visiting Hua Hin and thought we would like to try something different. We were not disappointed the condo had everything we needed, the quality of the furniture and especially the beds was really good. Fantastic swimming pool, within easy reach of good restaurants, would especially recommend U-Sa-Mas (as recommended by the owners of the condo). Owners were particularly helpful, we left some luggage in the lift area of the condo and the arranged to meet us in Bangkok to return, absolutely fantastic service which we really appreciated. All in all a great condo at very reasonable rates.

If you are looking for relaxation from the stresses of everyday life, then you are exactly right at the Seacraze @ Khao Takiab Beach-Hua Hin-Thailand by Kay + John. Super apartment, nice people , courteous and always with a smile on their faces. A great pool area that invites you to linger, coupled with a great ambience. Fantastic Condo In Great Location

Seacraze is a new apartment block in Khao Takieb, a quiet beach location about 15 mins by bus or taxi from the centre of Hua Hin. The building is clean and well maintained with 24 hour security and a great pool. The pool has a large shady area for children. There is a small gym and play area for very small children. There are 2 minimarts and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance which is very convenient. We had apartment D705 which is on the top (7th) floor. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment exactly as described and pictured. We were struck by the extra touches which made the apartment a pleasure to stay in - a mobile phone to contact the owners, TV/DVD in main bedroom as well as living area, well equipped cooking area and very well written guide to the apartment and surrounding area. I spoke to John the owner several times for extra information when booking the apartment and he was always extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with with. I can highly recommend this apartment and I am sure his other properties will be of a similar high standard.

The Condo's are exactly the same as the photos... 5 star quality. The pool is fantastic and the condo is a short drive from central Hua Hin. We rented both john's apartments and each was of the highest quality, immaculately clean and with all the amenities that you need. We had a great time here and if we had any problems john was only a phone call away. We are already thinking of returning Hua Hin and will definitely rent the apartment again!

The best holiday ever!!!

We have just spent 7 nights staying at Seacraze with 19 of us. We booked John and Kay's 2 apartments and 2 others. We were so glad that we ended up in one of theirs because they were above and beyond the other 2 we booked. There is nothing they haven't thought of to make the stay fantastic from endless supplies of towels to a hard drive stocked with movies and music. The beds were amazing and the apartment tastefully decorated to make it feel like a designer home not just a holiday letting. The day we arrived we had trouble working out the tv and texted the owner who arrived 10 mins later to show us how to use it. The swimming pool is fantastic and the children spent hours in it every day. The location suited us perfectly, we spent 5 nights right in Hua Hin and found it busy, loud and stressful with 3 small kids. Seacraze was about 10 mins by tuk tuk into town but everything we needed was right there. A convenience store right across the road, the beach with great restaurants 5 min walk and fresh seafood market 10 min walk. We have family in Hua Hin and will not hesitate to book this apartment every time we visit. Thanks so much for an unforgettable holiday!

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The condo was fantastic - exactly as advertised with lots of white towels for our use. John and Kay are great hosts, we had a lovely evening at their home along with their other guests The location is great with easy access to lots of bars and eateries. We would recommend this property to our friends and family
