About this property

Guests are sure to treasure a memorable vacation experience in our active and friendly neighborhood. We have a 2 story home and offer our comfortably furnished lower level 2 bedrooms/1 bath, with ceiling fans throughout, and free WI-FI. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The open living room includes an entertainment center for your enjoyment, couch and two comfortable rattan chairs. The adjoining kitchen has a gas stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster/convection oven, and much more; it's fully equipped for casual dining on the covered private lanai. Please Note: we provide a dish drying rack as there is no dishwasher. If you prefer to cook outside, a gas BBQ is on the lanai for your use. Guests have use of a full sized washer/dryer.

Schöne, komfortable Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend oberhalb von Kailua

Die Wohnung ist so, wie auf den Fotos. Geräumig, komfortabel, mit allem, was gebraucht wird. Der stete Windzug hält sie auch ohne AC kühl. Schöner Blick aufs Meer. Alles Beachequipment vorhanden (Schirm, Stühle, Bodyboards, Schnorchelausrüstung). Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Brenda. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man den Trubel im Ort abends nicht braucht.

Wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful- exactly as it looks int the photos. Very convenient location just up the hills from Kona with ocean views and a lovely yard. The apartment is very well laid out with two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a lovely outdoor dining patio, and stocked with everything you need, including a room full of clean beach gear and lots of beach towels. Brenda was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend this lovely place in Kona.

Outstanding!!

So very comfortable, clean, thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed. Beds were perfect. Plenty of fans. Brenda and Rupert were amazing & kind hosts. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful! Birds singing, fruit trees, and comfortable seating in an ample covered space. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Fabulous!

Beautiful, quiet, spacious apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Wonderful lanai with views of ocean, kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds and strong wifi. Lots of beach supplies. Brenda was the perfect host. Highly recommend.

Great View and Location

This ohana was perfect for my spouse and friend traveling with us. The location was a quick 2 mile drive to downtown Kona or Kailua. We were impressed with how well appointed and clean the property was. Brenda has thought of everything you could need (including sunblock and aloe). We enjoyed the tradewind breezes and never needed air conditioning during our stay. The view from the deck was incredible and we spent all of our relaxation time on the deck chairs which were very comfortable.
