Had a lovely stay at Ville Belga Queen, property manager was brilliant, we arrived late and he kindly gave us a lift to a supermarket that was still open for supplies. The pictures are accurate but really do not show just how big the villa is. We were very pleasantly surprised! We paid for pool heating and would recommend this, especially if toddlers in the group. We ranged in ages from 15months to 74 and everyone absolutely loved it. Mini-Preco short walk away and do lovely cooked chickens which we had for lunch often. We also used Uber Eats for nights we stayed in and other nights we got an Uber into Cascais centre where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend coastal train into Lisbon for the day. Doesn’t take long, pretty journey and worth seeing Lisbon. Lovely city. Such a great villa and hosts were super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a lovely stay at Ville Belga Queen, property manager was brilliant, we arrived late and he kindly gave us a lift to a supermarket that was still open for supplies. The pictures are accurate but really do not show just how big the villa is. We were very pleasantly surprised! We paid for pool heating and would recommend this, especially if toddlers in the group. We ranged in ages from 15months to 74 and everyone absolutely loved it. Mini-Preco short walk away and do lovely cooked chickens which we had for lunch often. This villa was absolutely perfect, it is huge, very well equipped and so much space for a family of seven. The photos do not really capture how amazing the property is. It was spotless, well maintained and the host was very attentive when needed. We did have a blockage however in the lower level toilet and a couple of us walked into the glass doors, they could maybe do with a frosted strip across the middle of the glass. It cost approximately €5 in a bolt/uber to get into the centre of Cascais. There is a McDonald’s within walking distance and the villa is located in a peaceful, upmarket, residential area of Birre, Cascais. Overall we were extremely happy with the villa and we would highly recommend to anybody else.

Cascais villa

The villa was modern, clean and spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay. Quiet and nice residential location - having a vehicle is pretty much a requirement. However, there were several things that could have much improved the experience: We paid for the pool to be heated but there was no cover and the pool was constantly full of leaves, debris etc, and lost a lot of the heat through no cover. So we actually could not use it so a waste of money for us (at 35Euros per day). Basic and minimal supplies provided. Be prepared to provide or purchase most things you may need to stay here. There wasn't even a remote control to be able to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Smell from toilet in master bedroom and shower didn't attach to wall properly. Plumbing issue in the basement toilet also. Again, we enjoyed our stay but there is lots of room for improvement also.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Why they chose this property

Cascais and Sintra (patrimony of UNESCO) offer some of the best seaside bathing conditions and water sports in Portugal, depending on the kind of beach you choose. A higher or lower exposure to the Atlantic Ocean means more or less crowded beaches and different water sports. We recommend the coast along Estoril for sheltered beaches and from Cascais/Guincho to Praia das Maçãs for wilder conditions. Inside Quinta da Marinha resort you have access to an 18-hole championship golf course (by Robert Trent Jones) and just beside you have the Oitavos golf course (by Arthur Hills), an 18-hole course included in the top 100 courses in the world. In September 2011, Oitavos Dunes jumped 20 places up the list to be considered the 68th best course in the world and the second best in mainland Europe. Inside the resort, you have also 10 tennis courts (two synthetic grass and eight in clay), 3 padel courts, 3 squash/racketball courts, sauna, gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurants and the Marinha Equestrian Centre, considered one of the largest and most well-equipped in the Iberian Peninsula.
