Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Condo is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. Please bring your own pool towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in anytime after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

4th of July Getaway

Condo was very cozy, very clean and the AC worked great! We loved the location we were in, so close to everywhere we wanted to go, only time we had to drive was when we wanted to go into Pigeon Forge to a couple of places which was the only time we left Gatlinburg. Overall was a great place and would definitely stay there again!

Check-in details were provided well in advance. The condo was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and very clean. Additionally, the television picture was extremely clear. These were all pleasant surprises to help us relax after walking all day in downtown Gatlinburg! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo!

Great location, very clean, modern cabin style

Our stay was lovely and peaceful. The room was clean and perfect for me & my husband. Tthe river view from the front door and mountain view from the balcony were unbeatable. You can’t beat the location which was in close proximity to the strip, & within short walking distance to iconic restaurants like the Peddler. Didn’t get a chance to use either the indoor or outdoor pool, but both also looked well-maintained. We hope to return for a stay again soon.

The cabin interior was very nicely done. The location is perfect, one block from the Parkway. Anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg is walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick spring break trip

We have stayed with this owner in 2 properties. The unit looks like a little small log cabin. We love both of them. Easy walk to the main strip, we will stay again.

Beautiful, clean condo in excellent location.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo on River Rd at the East Gatlinburg entrance directly behind Ober Gatlinburg and Bennett’s BBQ. There are several restaurants, shopping spots, and breweries/wineries within a short walk. The complex has outdoor and heated indoor pools. The first thing I noticed after stepping into the unit was how clean it smelled. I could immediately tell that things had been disinfected. The unit is nicely decorated in a mountain decor, and bed is comfortable and extra blankets are available. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Definitely recommend!

This little condo was perfect for our quick trip to Gatlinburg over Christmas break. Though it was small, it was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfy king bed, and excellent location. We loved the wood panel/ mountain decor. Located on a back road at the very end of the strip, we were able to arrive and depart via River Rd and avoid the craziness of the main parkway. Once at the condo, we walked everywhere. Trolly stop is located just across the street, but we never used it. As mentioned before, the condo is small but perfect for our family of 3. Our 6 yr old slept on the pullout sofa and was content. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of linens, blankets and towels. Condo is on the 4th floor of the complex, but there is and elevator and luggage trollies available. There was an indoor pool that was open during our stay, but we did not use it. Daniel, the owner was very easy to communicate with. He was prompt and courteous to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a small family and want the convenience of walking to most attractions on the main parkway.

We were very pleased with this property! It was very clean and comfy. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to mostly everything. The host was very easy to deal with and he responded quickly. We loved our 1st time experience in Gatlinburg and celebrated our 40th anniversary as well. We will look forward to returning here again soon!

The condo was very clean and nice and everything was new looking. The bed was super comfy and soft and felt like heaven after all the walking on the strip! Fireplace was nice and warm after walking in the cold and it was so easy to check in and out as well. Looking forward to renting this condo again !

Cozy and a Good Walk Away

We had a great time, it was clearly taken good care of. The shower was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the living room felt cozy. It was an easy walk to downtown, right next to Ober Mountain. It's on the 4th floor (very top) but there was an elevator. Theres no front desk or office which confused us but we were able to contact the owner with no problem. He was very polite.
