Beautiful house on an elevated location. Built in 2015 with panoramic view of the sea and KlÀdesholmen. The view is absolutely magical! A wonderful house for those who want both swimming possibilities, services, entertainment and many attractions. Only a few minutes walk to the bathing ladder and jetty below the house. There's a spacious terrace to perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner lives 10-15 m from the house. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood where you have walking distance to all the entertainment and services in RönnÀng.
