Town: Maidens is a fishing village nestled at the southern end of Maidenhead Bay, two miles north of Turnberry and five miles west of Maybole. The village looks out to sea with views of Ailsa Craig and the distant Mull of Kintyre. Holidaymakers can enjoy a long sandy beach and charming harbour, traditionally used for fishing and today used for pleasure boats.
