Full building equipped with swimming pool, gym, sauna, private parking, bicycle rack, immersed in a very safe condominium, multiple parks, security, ideal for those who visit the region. Furnished and equipped with everything new (towels, cups, kettle, toaster, microwave, bedding, terrace, etc).
Note: Deliver clean and tidy apartment (anything in the same building for a small sum, there are home consultants who can clean it, ask the concierge, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged).
