Walking distance to all boulevard restaurants and activities. Great place to start your day. Close to Portsmouth NH and Newburyport MA if you want to go shopping. If you like the beach this location is a prime place to stay. A 3 minute walk to the beach!
What makes this property unique
Newly renovated, so everything is new and fresh. Three good size bedrooms for plenty of sleep space and a large open living area that includes two pull out sofa beds. All linens provided - central airconditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill and picnic tables for you and your family and enjoy this home away from your home.
