I rent a 100m2 apartment in the center - Calle San Gregorio, 7 for € 1,800 / month or 3 rooms for 600€ a month each.

I ask for a month deposit (€ 1,800) and I make a contract.

I am looking for one or three interested people and therefore I still do not have information about the tenants since the house is empty.
Currently there are no animals in the house but if the three people you rent do not have allergies it would not be a problem.

The kitchen is induction, there is a fridge, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. The living room is equipped with a dining room and sofas. The subway is Chueca and the house is one minute from the stop, on the street perpendicular to the plaza. The 3 rooms have a wardrobe, a double bed, a study table, a lamp and a chair.
It is possible to use the furniture itself.

The neighborhood is very nice and alive and has all kinds of restaurants, shops, markets, etc.

The monthly expenses are up to € 140 included and depends on the cost of water and electricity if it exceeds the amount and the excess is divided among the three people. It is usually compensated throughout the year.
