Small 2-storey building with numbered parking spaces, one for each residential unit, located about 200 metres from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful ‘Hemingway’ park, known for being one of the most beautiful green spaces in Lignano: well-structured with cycle paths, a playground for children and numerous areas equipped with tables and chairs for pleasant picnics in the open air.
The original centre of Lignano Pineta is located in the immediate vicinity.
Bright apartment on the mezzanine floor, composed of living room with double sofa bed and comfortable kitchenette, with access to the terrace, equipped with table and chairs.
The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, a double room, renovated bathroom with window and shower box.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, TV-SAT, reserved parking space and 3 terraces, one for each room.
