Pretty terraced house of 6 units in a quiet area, approx. 200 m from the beach and a short distance from the center of Lignano Pineta and the Hemingway Park -40. 000 m2 of greenery- ideal place for relaxation for both children and adults. Supermarkets, bars and pizzerias are available nearby. Not far away are the Olympic swimming pool, Aquasplash, Gulliverlandia and Luna Park Strabilia. Type D: ground floor: living-dining room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, patio and enclosed garden equipped with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. 1st floor: two bedrooms with 2 beds or double beds each with terrace, bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: 2-bed room with sloping ceilings and sun terrace. Available to customers AIR CONDITIONING, TV, DISHWASHER, FREE WI-FI, safe in free use and 1 numbered parking space.
