Casa De Lazzari is a small building located in the central area of Piazza Brescia, close to the Big Wheel, the SEA Life Aquarium and the Tropicarium Park in Jesolo, about 150 metres from the beach.

These ground floor apartments have two rooms and have air conditioning and a parking space. They are an excellent value for money solution for a couple or for a family of 3/4.

In 2022 the apartment was renovated. It was installed a new kitchen; the bedroom furniture was replaced and the shower box was enlarged.

They have a floor area of around 30 square metres and consist of:
- living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed for one person;
- bedroom with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with shower.

It can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people.

The Holiday Homes have air conditioning, dishwasher, wifi and a television. There is an external laundry with a washing machine available for guests. Each apartment has its own numbered parking space.

The price includes:
- the costs of electricity, gas, both hot and cold water;
- numbered parking for one car;
- final cleaning.

Beach service not included. It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.

Tourist tax and linen not included.

By regulations, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorization from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
