Located just 1.3 km from the FICOBA fairgrounds, a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the urban center where you can find all kinds of shops, supermarkets and a perfect combination of buses with a connection every 15 minutes with destination to the neighboring town of Hondarribia, makes San Juan an ideal accommodation for stays for work or for traveling with family or a group of friends.
Located on the first floor of the building and with capacity for 4 people, it is a one-bedroom apartment equipped with a double bed and a living-dining room with a sofa bed for two. It also has a perfectly equipped kitchen open to the dining room and a bathroom with shower.
San Juan also offers a parking space for one car, Wi-Fi connection, centralized music system and the possibility of requesting a cot and high chair.
Parties or events are not allowed and silence is requested between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next day.
The Plaiaundi Ecological Park is located 400 meters from the apartment, in an environment overlooking the Bay of Txingudi, in full contact with the urban center of Irún. This exceptional enclave serves as a refuge for migratory birds and, currently, constitutes an area of internationally recognized natural value.
