New 3 Bedroom Apartment with Terrace in Piazza Brescia

The fully equipped Angelo apartment with its spacious living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large furnished balcony overlooking Via Bafile is the ideal solution for a large family.

Thanks to its central location, you can leave the car behind and explore the centre of Lido di Jesolo on foot or by bike.

The Angelo Apartment, completely renovated in 2015, is on the first floor of a small building in the central Piazza Brescia, less than 100 metres from the beach, and its large balcony overlooks Via A. Bafile.

The apartment, with a floor area of 100 square metres, consists of:
- large living area with kitchenette;
- 1 large furnished balcony of 35 square metres;
- 1 double room;
- 1 room with double bed and single bed;
- 1 room with 2 single beds;
- 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- 1 second smaller balcony facing south.

It can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

The Holiday Home is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a TV, WIFI and independent air conditioning. A parking space for one car and a space at the beach complete with beach umbrella and two sun loungers are also provided for guests.

Camping Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request

The price includes:
- the costs of gas, both hot and cold water;
- beach service (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds);
- numbered parking for 2 cars;
- final cleaning;
- a first set of bedlinen and towels.

To avoid waste and respect nature, the electricity consumption is not included in the price and it costs € 0,50 kW/h.

On request, it is possible to book a second place on the beach at the price of 15.00 Euro / day and 100.00 Euro / week.

The price does not include:
- electricity consumption (0,50€ consumption detected thanks to a counter);
- Tourist tax.

By regulations, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorization from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
