The Space:
Located on the 1st floor with elevator access is perfect for a small family and corporate travelers.

The Neighborhood:
Frishman Area is popular with tourists because of its proximity to many hotels. After sundown, various outdoor beach bars provide sun-burnt partiers with some after hours fun with DJs, drinks and dancing.

Getting Around:
No need for a car, you are right next to everything, there are plenty of supermarkets, close to the bus station.
You have the Sheruit shuttle bus #4 on Ben Yehuda and #5 on Dizengof that both take you to Rothschild Boulevard are and to the central bus station.

Great Location, Some Problems
Pros: great location (close to the beach and Dizengoff bars/restaurants) , Apt nicely renovated, check in process pretty easy. Cons: The building is in pretty bad shape. The entrance is dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. We had some problems with the apartment which were not solved even though we informed the host of them when we checked in. Most notably, the dryer did not work throughout our stay. There were some smaller things that could have been fixed/improved in the apartment. Another problem, which is not directly related to the host but still worth mentioning, is that the neighbor who lives on the ground floor plays extremely loud music 24/7.
