Located right in the center of Alvor, very close to restaurants and shops. The downside is that there is a huge construction site neighbouring the house. Lots of noise. Instructions to get into the house was unclear, the key was missing from the key chain. We waited more than 30 min to get in. There were 4 doors and none of the keys worked. We had the main floor. The upstairs is rented as well. The doors knobs need replacing, they barely work and one came off in our hand. Cleaniless especially in the kids bedroom was lacking(spiders and dust) and the interior smell not great.

Katastrophal, Baustelle direkt nebenan. 6 Tage die Woche Lärm. Darüber hatte man uns vorher nicht informiert! Dadurch war die Terasse auch nicht zu nutzen.Schimmel im Kühlschrank, den haben wir dann selbst gereinigt. In unserem Schlafzimmer war es feucht, und Schwarzschimmel war deutlich zu sehen. Anscheinend ist die Aussenfassade sanierungsbedürftig. Beweisfotos habe ich gesichert. An allen Fensterrahmen von innen Schwarzschimmel. Meine Frau hat eine Schimmelallergie. Haben versucht umzuziehen, ging nicht. Haben dann eine Entschädigung von 15% bekommen. Wir können das Haus leider nicht empfehlen. Positiv ist nur die Lage.
