The property was nice, furniture needs looking at, the settee and chair a bit hard.

My only problem was I asked if there was a parking space at this property, I was told yes, we got there parked up outside and low and behold I got a parking ticket, I should of been informed that it was a pay and display before we came up to Hull, I’m not a happy customer and will not book this property again as we come to Hull quite often.

Thank you for your feedback. The guest never had any conversation about parking at any point before the stay. We have stated on our listing below to give guest much information needed for parking ;The street parking in front of the apartment is paid meter. Is free from 6pm to 8:30am. There is also a car park on ferensway which is £3 a day. The car park is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Francis Street Car Park. Hull HU2 8EH. Jesouth Property provides comfortable stay at affordable price.
