The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with TV, a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area which overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower unit and WC. Just 10 minutes walk from the main Protaras strip, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, this area of Protaras is an excellent central location within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities.

Overall, this is a fabulous villa, close enough to the resort centre to enjoy all the amenities yet far enough away to enjoy to have a relaxing stay.
