The Cottage: Small but Charming

Our small holiday home, “Huisje Klein maar Fijn,” is located right in the heart of the village, so many amenities are within 150 metres, such as a playground, the Kulturház, the post office, and a supermarket.
The Danube is just under 750 metres from the cottage. A wonderfully central location with all the amenities you need!
The “Huisje Klein maar Fijn” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.
We’ve tried to create a cosy atmosphere, and we think we’ve succeeded!

The covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax, and it also adds extra living space.
Can you already picture yourself sitting there, enjoying a glass of Hungarian wine?

Yes, the lot is only 102 m², but it still feels spacious thanks to the “open” atmosphere.
Parking is available on the property, and there’s also a private garage.

From the covered patio, you enter a small entryway with the bathroom
(including a toilet) on the right; from the entryway, you enter a cosy living room, and through the living room, you reach the
bedroom and the kitchen.

The living room is wonderfully bright and cosily furnished with a nice seating area, a sofa, and a chair; if needed, the sofa can be folded out into an extra single bed. There is internet (fibre optic) and a large TV.
The fold-out table is a wonderful spot to sit for breakfast and dinner.

The same goes for the kitchen… small but nice… but everything you need in a kitchen is available at
. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The electric hob makes cooking
a breeze. A complete set of dishes and cutlery for four people is provided. From the
kitchen, you have a view of the small garden. Plenty of natural light.

The cosy little cottage has one comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The closet
offers more than enough space for clothes and other items.

The bathroom with toilet is again small but cosy, and everything you need is there… so what more could you want?
