Modernly equipped holiday apartment in the heart of Ouddorp, yet close to the beautiful beach.

If you want to experience the vibrant village life up close during your holiday while still enjoying the beach, this holiday apartment is the right choice. The bakery and all shopping facilities are just around the corner. Enjoy an aperitif on your terrace and then walk to one of the many restaurants to indulge in culinary delights.

In front of the entrance to the holiday apartment, there are plenty of free parking spaces available to leave your car for the entire duration of your stay. A metal staircase leads you to an attic that serves as access to four adjacent holiday apartments. The first apartment is Apartment South. Two steps up, and you are on your terrace and in front of the entrance.

Step inside, and you will be welcomed by a large, bright space with a fully equipped and furnished open kitchen. Continue to the living/dining area with a dining table for four people and a comfortable seating area with an armchair.

A door leads to the sleeping/wet area. The spacious bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a child's bed. This area is air-conditioned. Right next to it, you will find a small room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as the open bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet with a small hand basin is located in a separate room.

A washing machine is available for your use.

The metal staircase may be steep for children and dogs.

Super, hat alles gepasst und war so angegeben wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. Das Sofa war voller Hundehaare, ebenso der Teppich, wollten diese dann selbst entfernen, der Staubsauger hat aber immens gestunken.Ansonsten war wirklich alles Tiptop, Austattung usw hat alles super gerreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!Einen Parkplatz hat man eigtl auch, fast, jeder Zeit bekommen, spätestens Abends. Super EInkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck, sowie auch tolle Bäckereien!

Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft

Die Fehrienwohnung ist pragmatisch, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem Etagenbett, einem Doppelbett und einer offenen Dusche mit Waschbecken. Dadurch fehlt ein bisschen die Möglichkeit, sich zurück zu ziehen. Mann kann auch gut hören, wenn in der Nachbarwohnung menschen sprechen, spielen oder feiern, die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr stark. Alles ist odentlich, sauber und gut organisiert. in der Küche und im Wohn- und Esszimmer ist viel Platz und die Matratzen in den Betten sind gut. Für einen ähnlichen Aufenthalt würden wir die Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Schönes Appartement für zwei Personen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön zentral in Ouddorp in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Supermarkt etc. Da man die Wohnung nur über eine Stahltreppe mit Laufrosten erreicht, muss ein größerer Hund diese Treppe auch laufen. Dies war für unseren Hund ungeeignet und wäre für meine Begriffe verbesserungswürdig. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand, bietet allerdings wenig Privatsphäre, weswegen sie für ein einzelnes Paar sehr gut geeignet ist, für mehr als zwei Personen ungeeignet.

Die Wohnung im Herzen Ouddorps ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist zwar eher einfach und günstig renoviert, aber funktional. Es wurden im Dachgeschoss von HEMA vier solcher Wohnungen nebeneinander errichtet. Wichtig: Es ist sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarn! Das Stockbett ist nur 70 x 180. Keine Türen zwischen Doppelbett, Stockbett und Bad!! Ist alles ein Raum. Zu erreichen ist die Wohnung über eine steile Außentreppe. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.

Schönes, modernes, gepflegtes Appartement; kurze Wege zum einkaufen, Restaurant und Strand.

Im Vorfeld der Reise ist alles sehr professionell und fehlerfrei verlaufen. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Uns wurde alles sehr genau erklärt. Sehr freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr modern eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden (inkl. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement). Die Lage ist hervorragend. Supermarkt und Ortszentrum (mit bspw. einem Bäcker oder Restaurants/Bistro) in ca. 100m Entfernung. Zum Strand mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Min. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Insgesamt positiv, für 6 Personen aber nicht zu empfehlen. Wir würden max mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern fahren, sonst zu eng!
