From the entrance area, one door leads to a storage room with a washing machine, and behind a sliding door is a toilet with a small washbasin, and the second door leads to the bathroom with a shower at ground level, another toilet, and a washbasin. Without another door, after two steps you are already in the living/dining area, which impresses you with its clear furnishings with coordinated accents in sailor style. The kitchen is open-plan and allows for comfortable self-catering. At the large dining table with six chairs, socializing can be enjoyed alongside meals. It then becomes cozy in the comfortable sofa set.

The two quiet and separate bedrooms, accessible from the living area, guarantee well-being and restful sleep. One room is furnished with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and the second room with a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm. It becomes romantic on the second floor, in the converted spacious attic, with a captain's bed 180 x 200 cm!

From the living area, you have direct access to the garden on the south side with lots of privacy. You can enjoy the aperitif in the sitting lounge under the covered pergola, regardless of the weather. But soon the grill master will invite you to the table under the parasol to taste his delicacies. And then just indulge in one of the loungers for a moment of peace in harmony with nature and a light breeze of North Sea air.

In front of the house you can park 1 car.


- Rental to companies/workmen at Klepperstee is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
