En nombre del equipo de Easyhouses, le damos la bienvenida y esperamos que disfrute de su estancia en los apartamentos.
Su bienestar y seguridad es nuestro principal objetivo y con ese fin, le detallamos a continuación las normas de la casa, principales datos de contacto y manuales básicos para que pueda disfrutar de una estancia perfecta en nuestros apartamentos.
Le rogamos que las lea atentamente y no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros ante cualquier duda o sugerencia.

Your well-being and safety is our main objective and to that end, we detail below the house rules, main contact details and basic manuals so you can enjoy a perfect stay in our apartments.

niños y seguridad/ CHILDREN AND SECURITY
Bajo ninguna circunstancia debe dejar a los niños menores sin supervisión.
Under no circumstances should you leave younger children unsupervised.
RUIDO Y VECINDARIO/ NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
No se permiten las fiestas Balcón de Alicante, nuestra intención es que nuestros pisos sean un rincón de paz y descanso. Por lo que sin tener ninguna restricción horaria, se pide el máximo respeto por los otros inquilinos.
The Balcón de Alicante parties are not allowed, our intention is that our floors are a corner of peace and rest. So without having any time restrictions, maximum respect is requested for the other tenants.
VISITAS/ VISITS
Las visitas están permitidas en Balcón de Alicante, siempre y cuando no se supere el aforo de los apartamentos (Aforo máximo 8 personas).
Visits are allowed in Balcón de Alicante, as long as the capacity of the apartments is not exceeded (Maximum capacity 8 people).
APARCAMIENTO/PARKING
La vivienda cuenta con una plaza de parking cubierta.

BASURA Y RECICLAJE/GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Dispone de contenedores de basura aptos para el reciclaje (orgánico, vidrio y papel) en la misma cera de nuestro edificio a mano derecha aproximadamente a 20m.
It has garbage containers suitable for recycling (organic, glass and paper) in the same wax of our building on the right hand side approximately 20m.
SEGURIDAD/SECURITY
La propiedad esta en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Pero se recomienda encarecidamente que al dejar la vivienda se cierre con llave, para proteger la vivienda y sus propiedades.
Asegúrese de la misma manera de siempre cerrar la urbanización al entrar y al salir.
The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. But it is strongly recommended that when leaving the house be locked, to protect the home and its properties.

PISCINA/JACUZZI/ POOL / JACUZZI
La piscina se puede usar de 9:00 a.m a 14:00pm y 17:00 a 22:00 p.m.
Esta totalmente prohibido usar vidrios o cristales en la zona de piscina.
No dejen nunca a niños o menores de edad sin asistencia. Evite el ruido excesivo en la piscina.
The pool can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
It is totally forbidden to use glass or crystals in the pool area.
Never leave children or minors without assistance. Avoid excessive noise in the pool.
BALCÓN, TERRAZA Y/O PATIO/ BALCONY, TERRACE AND / OR PATIO
El balcón en nuestra propiedad es el centro y lo más importante, donde entendemos que se hará vida, tenga mucho cuidado y nunca se asome por encima de la barandilla o asome objetos por la misma.
The balcony on our property is the center and most importantly, where we understand that life will be made, be very careful and never look over the railing or hover objects through it.
TABACO/ TOBACCO
No se permite fumar.

DAÑOS Y DESPERFECTOS/ DAMAGES AND WASTE
