Woodcottage

Located on a very large chaletpark with mostly private owned chalets. Chalets are standing quite close to each other, separated by hedges. Forest surroundings, nice for walking trips. There are lots of excursions in the area, e.g. Paleis het Loo, museum Kröller Mülller, park De Hoge Veluwe. The chalet is ok but not outstanding in location or arrangement. Parkhost friendly.

Refund expected

We had booked the accommodation from Tuesday to Saturday. We left Wednesday morning. Initially, we were quite pleased with the look of the apartment; all necessities were in place and seemed to be in working order. However, while looking for a power outlet close to the sofa, we stumbled upon black mold in the corner of the room - carefully hidden behind a set of curtains. Later on, we discovered further mold in all other rooms. Continuing our stay was out of the question due to the health hazard. We were glad we did not travel with children, which this chalet is also furnished for.

Annabelle and family was determined to get a full refund for their booking. In stead of contacting us about her complaints, she shoot ultra macro photo's for her complaints. After their stay, they contacted FeWo and demanded a full refund. Nobody could verify if they left earlier. This kind of tourists we're not looking for. We do our utmost to care for our guests, however there will also be people to make a game out of it. We are very pleased that FeWo rejected the refund.

Wir warnen ausdrücklich vor dieser Unterkunft. Das Chalet weist massiven Schimmelbefall im Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer auf. Die Bettwaren riechen extrem muffig und die Hygiene (dicke Staubschichten unter den Möbeln) ist unzureichend. Zudem ist das Bett im Schlafzimmer durch einen gebrochenen Lattenrost nur provisorisch mit Steinen und Schrauben „geflickt“.Der WLAN zugang war sehr schlecht.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nach der Mängelanzeige nicht mehr möglich; die Zuständigkeit wird zwischen Plattform und Eigentümerin hin- und hergeschoben. Da Schimmelbefall eine erhebliche Gesundheitsgefährdung darstellt, ist die bisherige Teil-Erstattung der Reinigungskosten absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wir fordern eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Mietpreises.

Es ist uns sehr unangenehm, wenn Gäste unsere Unterkunft als „schlecht“ empfinden. Das bedauern wir. Fotos von festgestelltem Schimmel werden oft aus dem Zusammenhang gerissen, da die Bilder mit einem Smartphone sehr nah an der Stelle aufgenommen werden, sodass diese Stelle stark vergrößert erscheint. Natürlich sind wir für die Übergabe einer sauberen Unterkunft verantwortlich, und dabei kann schon mal etwas schiefgehen. Meistens lösen wir dieses Problem einvernehmlich. Schwierig wird es, wenn „Gäste“ Forderungen stellen und mit vorzeitiger Abreise aus unserer Ferienwohnung drohen. Wir überprüfen die Wohnung sofort, sobald der Gast abreist. Leider war dies nicht möglich, da die Gäste noch am Frühstückstisch saßen, und sie sind schließlich am Abreisetag abgereist.

Fijn verblijf

We hebben het erg naar de zin gehad. Het is een mooi en groot park. Het is een ruim chalet. Bij aankomst ging de sleutelafgifte gemakkelijk. Het was wel jammer dat de huurder ervoor het niet zo netjes achter gelaten had. Ook waren er wel heel wat aandacht punten, die we gedeeld hebben met de eigenaar. Prima 10 dagen gehad

Dejligt sted med mange muligheder

Skønt hus med alt hvad man har brug for. Vær dor opmærksom på at ovnen er en kombi-grill-mikroovn, så der er ikke en rigtig ovn. Det gjorde dog ikke noget, for vi havde en gasgrill med, så vi kunne fint klare os uden. Området er skønt med fantastisk natur og en super dejlig plads med pool og mulighed for hyggelige vandrture. Både børn og voksne havde en fantastisk ferie. Vi kommer tilbage en anden gang.

Niedliches Haus ABER

An sich ist das Haus wirklich niedlich gewesen, aber die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Unter dem Kinderbett war einausgespucktes Bonbon, Staub und Spinnweben. Die Holzbretter vom Lattenrost waren raus gefallen. Unter dem Ehebett war viel Staub und Spinnweben und Sicherheitsnadeln vom Vorgänger. Im Waschbecken war der Abfluss vom Vorgänger verstopft. Die Außenanlage war nicht gekehrt, alles voller Tannen Nadeln. Allgemein hat das ganze Haus sehr muffig gerochen einschließlich dem Gartenhaus. Das hat so gemüffelt, dass wir es zum schlafen nicht nutzen konnten und die Kinder dann im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben. So war das nicht geplant.

Netter Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war schön. Hier und da ist das Objekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Speziell die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Für Kinder bietet das Ressort einiges an Möglichkeiten, sodass man als Elternteil auch einwenig Ruhe geniesen kann. Vielen Dank für den schönen Kurzurlaub.

Wij vinden het jammer dat Sebastian geen goede WiFi heeft gehad. Wij hadden dat voor hem snel kunnen oplossen. Het liefst slapen we uiteindelijk liever in ons eigen gekozen bed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer tollen Umgebung. Das Häuschen ist genau wie Urlaub sein muss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren immer schnell zu erreichen und gute Ansprechpartner. Der Urlaub ist Perfekt für Kinder da es sich auf einem Gelände mit Pool, Spielplatz, Kinder Programm und jede menge tolle weiteren sachen befindet. Wir kommen wieder :)

Super ruhige Lage

Wir sind im Zoo in Arnheim gewesen und haben nur 2 mal übernachtet. Bis auf das Tohuwabohu mit der Karte für die Schranke war alles gut.
