This was a great place to stay for our time in Como. Since Como is small, everything is walkable. The place was clean, quite large, and very cozy. Patricia have us tips for using the Ferry and helped us find some of the best food in Italy. I highly recommend staying here!

Great appartement

The flat was like expected really nice, clean and located close to the old town. The owner was very friendly, answered fast to our questions and gave us great recommendations for our stay! We really enjoyed it and definitely would recommend it!

We had a lovely, albeit quick, visit to Como. Our 2 nights at Casa Patricia 2 were wonderful. The apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants very close by. Patricia met us and explained some things to us. We didn’t use the kitchen as we weren’t there long enough. Overall a great stay. Thank you Patricia.

We chose this property based on its proximity to the Train Station and Ferry Station but found the apartment itself to be delightful and the owner, Patricia helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was cute, bed comfortable and we had everything we needed. The historical city center, restaurants, market, laundry mat and shopping all in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great fully equipped large apartment for long stay. Be aware that check in is by appointment as owner is not on site. Check out is a breeze. Close to train station. Got to take care of your own luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. There is a convenient Lock and Go luggage storage nearby but it is expensive.

Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus bei täglicher Bezahlung von 22,00 Euro oder 900 Schritte weit (hin und zurück 1800) für 115,00 Euro pro Woche.Diese Angaben müssen bei einer seriösen Firma unbedingt in der Beschreibung vorhanden seinBei solch einer Firma werde ich nicht mehr buchen

Good evening Karl, you congratulated me on WhatsApp of the beautiful apartment, you will understand my surprise discovering that you evaluated your stay with 2 stars. I brought you additional towels when you asked for it, even if it wasn't due, helped with wifi when you had difficulty. I showed you a parking lot for 5 euros per day and free at night, a 10 minutes walk, but you preferred to park your car in a covered parking lot and kept at 115 euros per week. I had taken you that it was expensive but it's not up to me to tell you where you have to park. I give you information and then make you your choices. It is not very correct to evaluate the parking lot. On the other hand, there are no free parking in Como and they are all quite expensive ... except what I indicated to you and where you did not go to park for your reason. You cannot evaluate the experience in the apartment based on a choice you made on the parking lot.

Bonjour Michael, j'ai été ravie de faire votre connaissance et de vous attendre malgré votre retard et vous avez dû remarquer que je ne me suis pas plainte et je vous ai accueilli avec le sourire. Je tenais à clarifier votre commentaire pour ne pas induire les voyageurs en erreur, il est important de préciser que la typologie de logement que vous avez choisie, Casa Vacanza, n'est pas autorisé à fournir le petit déjeuner sinon mon logement serait un B&B, j'espère que vous comprendrez la nuance parce que ce sont des statuts bien différents et réglementer par des lois. Sans doute avez-vous fait une erreur d'évaluation à la réservation. Toutefois je laisse à disposition des voyageurs des sachets de thé, une bouilloire, une machine à café DolceGusto et ses dosettes pour boire un petit café ou même prendre un chocolat chaud avant de partir comme vous l'avez fait. En outre, je tenais à préciser que la ville de Côme est une ville hyper active et touristique et donc il est difficile d'y trouver un peu de calme même pour nous qui y habitons.
