Barrier Dunes is a beautifully landscaped GULF FRONT gated community with two pools, two tennis courts, 3 stocked fishing ponds, and a playground. Enjoy fishing from the shore, scalloping in the bay, and bring home fresh crab for dinner. Our community has dog stations conveniently located throughout, and the Barrier Dunes beaches are especially pet-friendly. We're directly next door to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park so you can walk or bike the 2500+ acres of pristine beauty.

Our beach was ranked #1 in the USA in 2002 by Dr. Beach and #1 by K9 magazine.

'Just Coastin'' is a beautifully furnished lakefront townhome that we take pride in keeping immaculately clean! Recently updated main floor and carpet upstairs. Both of our king bedrooms offer a private deck with a serene water view and private full bath. A great covered and screened deck on the main floor provides a dry bug free outdoor space. The full size washer/dryer is for your convenience, as is the fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, the works. We, of course, provide free WiFi.. To escape the sun or for those rainy days, have a seat on the comfy reclining sofas and fire up the 50" Roku Smart TV with Surround Sound to enjoy the provided cable TV or your favorite streaming channels.

No need load the car with beach toys...our townhouse includes three sit-on-top kayaks, two boogie boards, four adult beach cruiser style bicycles, two tennis rackets, 4 pickleball rackets, 6 chairs, beach umbrella, sand castle toys, cooler and a beach cart to make the short 3 minute walk to the beach even easier.

hidden gem!

Very nice place to stay for our family with lots of activities: fishing, kayaking, ocean, pool, tennis, pickleball. We had plenty of room for our family of 5!

Perfect family vacation!

Just Coastin’ was a perfect spot for our family of 5 (18 year old and two 15 year olds). We wanted a non-touristy location in FL and Cape San Blas was just this. Chuck’s townhome was super clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and everything worked and ran smoothly. Chuck responded right away, via text, when I had a few questions upon arrival. The beach, only a 3 minute walk from the townhome, was absolutely gorgeous: beautiful emerald toned waters, soft, white sand, and magnificent sunsets. The property was very clean and everything was a nice walking distance. Our family enjoyed the pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, biking in the complex and on the 8 mile loggerhead bike trail, and playing in the surf and waves. Cone heads is a great restaurant to go to, just a one minute ride away. We went Saturday at 5:30, as soon as we arrived, and no one was there since this is prime check in time. They also sell icecream. The kitchen was so well stocked and made it easy to prepare many dinners in, which we love to do. The grill worked great as well. There is a fresh fish market 5 minutes up the road to buy fresh fish and cook dinner as well. Chuck’s home away from home townhome made our trip very memorable with our kids and we hope to be back soon! Thank you for providing such a top-notch rental for our family to enjoy.

Perfect!!!!

We had an amazing stay! Everything pictured is just how it was upon arrival. The area is clean, safe, and extremely accommodating. The property is beautiful and well-kept. The beach is about 200 yards walking distance- we would definitely go back.

Well supplied Townhome and very clean.

This was one of our best experiences at Barrier Dunes. This Townhouse had comfortable beds, fully supplied kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable living room area and screened in porch. Our teenager enjoyed the bikes. We did not have great weather for kayaking, but it was pretty nice they were available. Thank you Chuck and Debby!
