The house was originally built in 1978, but was completely rebuilt/renovated in 2015, so that the house appears as a brand new house. The house's lovely kitchen is open to a super cosy living room with a lovely built-in wood-burning stove, which provides both warmth and cosiness. Surrounding the house are several partially covered terraces totalling approx. 70 m2, providing ample space for sunbathing and enjoying barbecues on warm summer evenings. Back inside the house, there are three good bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. Last but not least, there is a lovely bathroom with a shower. The grounds are ideal for ball games and there is also a swing and a sandpit. Free final cleaning!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
