Relax in the mornings in our communal ocean front gardens with plenty of lounge chairs to grab that tan. Also the perfect place to enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Pacific horizon.

** Paid Onsite Parking must be requested at the time of booking, or well in advance of arrival - there is no guarantee of onsite parking without written confirmation from management company. The garage will only accommodate standard and mid-size cars, sorry no SUV's or pickup trucks ** Other parking options include - free along Kalakaua Avenue and metered on the Kapiolani Park side, please read all signs carefully. Metered parking is $0.50 per hour from the hours of 10 am to 6pm with free parking from 6pm to 10am. Parking is always tight during parades, festivals and events at Kapiolani Park, please be aware and plan accordingly.

Unit condition
Older unit but clean. Fridge did not work Property manager promptly responded to have it repaired but we refused due to tight schedule and also the fridge was not a must have for us A/C was old and noisy but in good working condition.

There's also a communal patio area on the ground floor, ideal for out door dining when friends join you.
Need to store a surfboard while staying here, not a problem, the front desk will find you a spot and combo lock for a nominal fee.

The unit has A/C though on this high floor having one window open provides a fresh ocean breeze.
