- The Space -

You will find yourself into our wonderful penthouse on the top floor, with a Jacuzzi, so you can enjoy the huge terrace overviewing the Mediterranean sea, Morocco & the cliffs of Gibraltar. Enjoy a lunch or dinner on the outside space, since you do have a lovely underfloor terrace as well with dining table.

If we walk in, you have an open kitchen combined with the living room, so you can cook food and still enjoy your company to share quality time on your vacation. Its designed with 5 bedrooms with double beds & 2 bathrooms. You have a playground for children on the upper floor, just inside the terrace as well. Theres room to go for 12 people, with an extra solution with foldable beds if you turn out to be 13-14 people traveling.

Choose between pool or beach days. The pool area is just downstairs, and the beaches are approximately 10 minutes walk away. Everything handy like restaurants, grocery stores and fun activities are just 5-10 minutes walk away. Enjoy large outdoor jacuzzi while watching the fantastic sunset over the Mediterranean Sea and the African Coast with a glass of champagne in your hand or wine and dine on any of the two large terraces .

- Other things to note -
It is an urbanisation, so please, respect the rules of the community. Music is allowed until 11 pm on weekdays and up until 1 am on the weekends.

Check-In anytime in between 3PM & 9PM. (After 9PM, check in fee of 50€)

Check-Out before 12PM.

✔ Our vacation home is created with a relaxed environment for family and friends. No parties are allowed & the volume must be calm after 10PM.

A wonderful stay

Thank you; we had a wonderful week’s stay in the apartment. The location is perfect, walkable to beach and town, supermarket & beautiful cafe 5 mins walk. The gardens and pool are spectacular - hearing the birds in the mornings and evenings in a beautiful urban garden was magical. A well-equipped apartment; kids loved the hot-tub. The agency were very helpful; much appreciated.

Great stay at the golden mile

We enjoyed staying in this apartment because of the location and privacy. The host Alexey was excellent and helped us buying groceries since we arrived on a Saturday and many food stores are closed as Sundays. Alexey also helped us renting a christmas tree which we greatly appreciate.

Overall the rental was okay. Lots of space. 4 bedrooms plus an attached sitting room with a pull out sofa. The highlight is the outdoor patio where you can see the sea, the mountains as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We also enjoyed the underground parking. Some things are very tired looking. Stained threadbare sheets are not okay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by someone who did not seem happy to show us the apartment. We chose a rental based on English Language being listed, and this person did not speak much English. So our orientation was limited. No written instructions and no verbal instructions for things like what to do with trash, how to use the washer, stove, or hot tub. There was no functional lighting in the dinning room/ Sitting room other than 2 floor lamps we brought in from other rooms. We managed okay. But it did leave a bit of a negative feeling about apartment. I messaged the host the day before checking out to find out the check out instructions. Heard back right before leaving. The communication did happen but could it take days before hearing back. In summary this rental is spacious and the patio is a very nice space and there is 1 parking spot. It is close to the sea, Grocery stores and restaurants. If you are familiar with how things work in this area, all is good. If you are an international traveler delays in communication and a lack of information can cause some frustrations.
