About the host
Hosted by Ruth Anstice
Allatski is a small, family-run company that manages a portfolio of 13 properties from 2-4 bedrooms in Sainte Foy, as well as a 6-bedroom chalet in Tignes les Brevieres. We pride ourselves on our friendly and personalised service, and will do our utmost to ensure you have a great experience while staying at one of our properties.
Why they chose this property
Often referred to as the “best kept secret in the French Alps” and “the jewel in the crown” of the Tarentaise, Sainte Foy is where the local ski instructors choose to ski on their day off. Although it is smaller than its better-known neighbours, it offers plenty of terrain for all ability levels and disciplines.
It is equally lovely in the summer when there’s so much to do that there really is something for everyone. You can choose to mountain bike, road cycle, hike, climb, play golf or tennis, swim, watch the Tour de France, indulge at the local wine fairs, or simply relax and soak up the sun.
We are in one of the most easterly and spectacularly beautiful parts of France, in the Alps right up against the Italian border. As well as resorts, the Petit St Bernard and Col de l’Iseran mountain passes are open in the summer. We are easily accessible by road, flight or train.
