Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus umgeben von Feldern und Weinbergen

Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Drinnen gibt es einen großen Esstisch für alle, draußen einen beschatteten Essbereich an dem auch alle Platz finden. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und mit bequemen Ledersofas eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß, so dass man auch mit mehreren Leuten gemeinsam kochen kann, Leider war der Geschirrspüler sehr alt und klapprig. Der sollte dringend mal erneuert werden. Die Schlafzimmer uns Bäder sind geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Betten waren bequem. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Pool, der vor unserer Ankunft frisch renoviert wurde. Das große Becken wurde durch eine kleinere Wanne ersetzt. Bahnen schwimmen ist nicht mehr möglich aber zum Planschen für die Kinder und eine Abkühlung ist er super. Neben dem Pool ist ein großer von Rankpflanzen beschatteter Bereich für Liegen. Hier ließen sich herrliche Nachmittage verbringen. Die Gartenmöbel waren alle etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ließen sich teilweise nicht mehr richtig aufklappen. saubere Polster und Bezüge waren aber vorhanden. Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen sowohl für Familien mit Kindern als auch für größere Erwachsenenreisegruppen.

Disappointed and misleading - terrible price-quality

We stayed with 6 adults and 6 little children. Owner wasn't present when checkin in/out; the familiy of the gardners handen over the keys. Lot's of things are broken or not working (outdoor furniture, sunbeds, seats, some light bolbs, shower curtains), steel furniture is rusted. Kitchen was totally sticky (not deaply cleaned, dirty pans and pots), showers dirty and still with personal hygienic stuff of owners laying around. The pool is not what is shown on pictures: is it smaller and with stonecarpet finishing: one small child scratched all his toes and foot! In a part of the house (interlinked with a door) the gardners lives and you can hear the tv. No mention of this in the add! Confronting the owner with these issues they apologized for the property being not clean and stated that this was "a family countryhouse and it has been used over the yeaers therefore some of the issues are because of usage. Things have been worn and torn." Chickens live on the surrounding garden and leave their feces on the terrace. All this is unacceptable for the money we pay for it. Compensation was asked but not given. We left 3 nights earlier and as of today we only got refund for 2 nights as she claimed the water-cooler doesn't work anymore and this was our fault (?!) (an old thing, questionable maintenance etc). Therefor we would rate it sub-zero. A shame as the property has lot's op potential as a vacation house in beautiful view and surroundings.

Schönes Ambiente mitten im Grünen, sehr gut um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Nichts für Partygänger oder rastlose Immer wieder gerne!

Een vakantie tijdens de vakantie

Originally there was confusion in the communication about the payment of the rent. Once on site, however, everything fell into place perfectly. A beautiful, cosy, warm and spacious house. a beautiful extensive garden with a view over the vineyards and slopes, a vegetable garden with ready-to-pick vegetables and herbs, a swimming pool in a fairytale setting.
