The interior size amounts to 35 m2. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent sea view as it is located in the first row to the sea shore and a beautiful city view, looking onto the church.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 150 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Admirable and clean accommodation!
We loved this super-stylish and comfortable flat in the old town. The view over the sea was lovely, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Fantasztikus jó apartman. 🔝 Szépen felújított, jó ízléssel berendezett, tiszta, illatos lakás. A második emeleten van, kényelmes folyosó és lépcsőfordulók vezetnek fel. Mindennel felszerelt, konyhai eszköszök, vasaló, hajszárító... igazán egyedi lakásdekorációk. Kényelmes matrac. A lakás egyik oldali ablaka a tengerre néz a másik egy szűk hangulatos óvárosi utcára.
A kulcsokat a megbeszélt időpontban és helyen kaptuk meg, egy nagyon kedves, olaszul is beszélő hölgytöl.
Biztosan visszatérünk és ajánlom másnak is , de csak annak aki szereti a szépet 🫠

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apertment, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Apartment liegt in einer perfekten Lage. Fußläufig ist alles schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und von der Ausstattung alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos.

Major-league holiday!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Altstadtkern. Von dort kann man sehr schnell Restaurants und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und elegant. Aus einem Zimmer Fenster kann man das Meer sehen. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Extraordinary journey!
Wohnung in toller Lage - mitten in der Altstadt. Es hat alles super geklappt. Für Paare perfekt! Für Badeurlaube wichtig: klassische Strände sind ab ca. 30 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
