About this property

Recently decorated, tastefully furnished room, in bright, sunny, shared flat overlooking north London. Just 4 miles / 7 kilometres from the centre, (public transport Zone 2), with excellent transport links, but in surprisingly green area, with 3 parks, 2 lakes nearby.
King size double bed, with orthopaedic quality, firm, but comfortable mattress. Brushed cotton duvet cover & pillowcases. Egyptian cotton sheets. Separate dining room for meals & reading/relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee or meal in summer on sheltered balcony garden with view of the boating lake.
Self-service light breakfast now available. Help yourself to cereal, toast, butter, jam, marmalade and juice. Plus tea or coffee every morning of your stay.
Please note, there is now a key deposit of £50, or 60€, or $60USD, at check in. This is retuned in full when you return the keys. Please arrive for check in, by 22:00 (10pm).

Very Accomadating

Mike is very kind and thoughtful, he tries to think of everything you need. The reasonable price is the big factor here, as well, we found the location not to be a problem. A bus stop is almost at the property. The accomadations were immaculately clean and quite. A plus is the elevator. We had a flat in Paris with three flights...very tough with large bags. If you can afford three hundred or more a night, then get a hotel room, but you will not meet and stay with an authentic Londonderry person.

De communicatie met de eigenaar was prima maar doordat het voor ons niet duidelijk was dat de eigenaar plus een andere bewoner er ook zou zijn tijdens ons verblijf en het dan gewoon te klein is was voor ons een stap te ver daarom hebben we besloten gelijk weer te vertrekken en een ander hotel gevonden maar als je dat geen probleem vind kan het een prima verblijf zijn alleen niet voor ons

Kurz da wir nicht allein gewesen wären! Trotz allem eine nette und h{fliche Kommunikation! Unter anderen Umständen wäre es sicher sehr nett geworden! Da wir unsere Flitterwochen gerne allein in einer FeWo und nicht als WG verbracht hätten.
