Description:
New villa of 600 m2 with new swimming pool and wifi 10 minutes from the beaches.
Spacious, bright house with large bay windows in all
rooms opening onto a 105m2 terrace and a large 380m2 courtyard.
Two suites of 23 m2 each, large living room of 70 m2, open American kitchen. Fully furnished and secure villa (caretaker ..), with parking. A vehicle at your disposal if possible (25,000 FCFA per day)
All rooms are air conditioned.
Iron, microwave, deckchairs, cuttlefish, coffee machine.

Very nice house. Location in a pretty, quiet, restful, sunny village all year round, near three nearby beaches:
Saly, Somone, Ngaparou, Mbour. Dakar at 70 km.
