Apartment features private bathroom, bedroom with balcony entrance with a sea view and kitchenette. Kitchenette provides refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Apartment also features A/C, Wi-Fi and hairdryer.Mljet is greenest island in Croatia and we do hope that you'll have chance to explore trekking and walking paths, and rich underworld in lakes and out of them.For exploring the island, it's the best to rent a bicycles, scooters or BRUM car so you can see other parts of Island, except just National Park.Maybe you'll be interested to visit magnificent Limuni beach or Odisej cave near Babino polje.Nearest restaurant, such as grocery store is only 3 minutes walking distance from the property.Guests have access to free private parking and private entrance with few stairs.There's no washing machine in the apartment but in agreement with host on site they can provide washing service for you. The tranquil harbor is perfect for relaxing, and you can savor fresh local seafood while watching unforgettable sunsets over the Adriatic Sea.The main places are Pomena, Polače, and Sobra and in those places, you may find supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, travel agencies, souvenir shops, etc...Island is regularly connected with Dubrovnik with a ferry from Dubrovnik or Korčula as well as a car ferry connection with Pelješac Peninsula on the Croatian mainland.Being located just over 15 minutes walk to Malo Jezero (Small Lake) of Mljet National Park, the village Pomenais the main entry point to the Park. Nowadays it has its hotel, a couple of restaurants and coffee bars, grocery and souvenir shops, agencies etc… As a bay, is a very safe place for anchorage, being sheltered by a tiny island of Pomestak, which acts as a local naturist beach too.Pomena is also a port where one will arrive if you take a day trip to Mljet by fast ferry from Korcula, Hvar, Split, Brac, or Dubrovnik

Brilliant service!

This apartment has one of the best views in Pomena. It has a lovely balcony looking directly on to the port and perfect for watching the sunset. It was really central for restaurants in Pomena and the national park which is only a short walk / cycle. The apartment itself was a good size, clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Delightful stay in a peaceful & serene environment.

My Host Pavo was delightful. I arrived without food, local supermarket only open in Summer so Pavo drove me into Polace to the supermarket there. He came bearing a homemade dessert soon after arrival. Room very comfortable and lots of windows.

We loved our stay at Jelena’s apartment. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. It was in a great location within walking distance of the many restaurants and national park. The bed was comfortable. We loved the view and sitting on the balcony having breakfast looking out to the bay. The kitchen was well equipped. It was also good value. Great place.

Well laid out space and sea view balcony with afternoon sun. Second balcony off bedroom. Great fly screens and natural ventilation so you do not need to run the air conditioning unit. Everything you need. Very helpful staff, nothing is too much bother. E bike rental expensive but worth it since the hills are long and hard. Easy to travel about since there is little traffic. Bike routes in the national park are very attractive.

True Hospitality

Do you remember when you used to meet the host and were not greeted by a lockbox? Well, here at Apartments Lorena Mljet, we were greeted by Pavo, we were welcomed and everything was explained. As we were in Pomena in the ‘off- season’ and almost everything was closed, our host, also a taxi driver, drove us to the supermarket in Polače, waited while we shopped and took our groceries back for us. When our scheduled ferry was cancelled, he advised and sorted the problem. He then drove us at 5am to the other end of the island to catch the early morning boat. We have never come across such an obliging host in all the time we have travelled. We were truly impressed and very grateful. The hiking in the National Park is amazing, the apartment was very comfortable and the balcony a welcome addition.

Everything. The property is moments from the harbor. A quick walk to restaurants, cafes, bike rentals, and a convenient store. Marko, my host was fantastic. He escorted from the airport to the property. There was an issue with the wifi. He resolved it. I’m happy the balcony sea view was available during my stay. The furniture’s modern- which I liked. All appliances worked well. Comfortable spacious bed, for two persons. Closet space. Extra towels and toilet room in the bedroom closet. They anticipated the needs of their guests. The AC was powerful. Great pressure on the rain fall shower head. Pleasant after a day swimming. The apartment was clean and super comfortable. I loved my stay there.

Great stay!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent, right next to the national park, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. The place is clean and cozy, but a bit small for three people if you plan to stay longer than just a couple of nights. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend it!

Great stay to explore Mljet NP

Great location close to the ferry stop and entrance to the national park. The owner was very helpful. He helped us organize a ride from Polace to the apartment and let us leave bags there after checkout so we could continue to explore until our outbound ferry.
