The space
This fantastic 110 sqm apartment with four bedrooms is situated in the best part of town in Lapad, Gorica part.
Apartment consist of fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle and other kitchen facilities. Big living room with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. From living room you can get out on balcony with spectacular sea views.
All 4 bedrooms are with double bed, although one can be set like 2 single beds. In 4th bedroom is sofa pullout double bed. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioner and there is an air conditioner in living room, too.
Two of four bedrooms have balconies with sea view.
Guests can use BBQ in front of the house and enjoy on hidden terrace in garden equipped with table and chairs.
Apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is with bathtub, another with shower. Also, there is washing machine in apartment.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
