parking spot, peaceful atmosphere and view on Adriatic sea, Dubrovnik bridge and Dubrovnik Bay.
Located in peaceful neighborhood just 15 minutes away by car or bus from Dubrovnik Old city.
This property is suitable for the groups.
Consisting of two separate parts, in each( 3 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony, terace)
Space where our guests enjoy to stay with our staff available to help them informed.House is fully equipped with:barbecue facilities, Terrace, Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Kitchen, bathrooms, Mini Bar, Fridge, Private Parking Space, WI-FI. Boat rental services are available, and excursions to nearby islands can be arranged as well.

Dubrovnik Villa pros & cons

Very comfortable clean villa well equipped, we were 10 adults and 3 children 2, 4 and 6. The pool was lovely. The showers were hand held with no wall brackets. There were no wine glasses. The villa is situated up a very steep hill which was not an easy climb in 35+ temperatures. There was a building in front of the villa blocking views of the sea and bridge.

Clean, Fun and just perfect

Long Story Short: One of the best apartments i ever visited. Contact to Paulo was very kind and easy! SMS, Phone, Mail where answered in Minutes, Whatsapp would have been pretty nice tho. Since the first to the last minute 5 of 5 stars and more. The rooms were sober as expected and the bathrooms had no flaws for a nice stay with a group. The pool in front of the house gave it even a more supreme touch. Connections to Dubrovnik City where super easy by bus (12 kuna; fast to walk to the busstation; approx. 20 min ride). Sun all the day and nice place to stay in the evening for BBQ (Grill is available) and chatting, even some Nighttime-Swimming was possible (warm water after a sunny day, lights right above the swimmingpool). Towels en masse and even sunloungers. My group and I (12 people) loved the flat and would come back without thinking about it twice after such a joyful and relaxing stay :)
