Villa Branko has stunning views of Dubrovnik and is within easy walking distance to the town, beach and all the historical, cultural, and atheletic activities that Dubrovnik has to offer. The house is charming and beautifully crafted of white stone. The living/great room is large, airy and you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the walled Old Town and the constant drama of ships and boats on the sea. The kitchen and outdoor terrace with its stone table and setting makes every meal a treat. The house has four bedrooms and five full baths and accomodates 8 adults comfortably. The house, terrace, garden and second floor balcony give you that picture postcard setting.

This is our family home in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We love going there together and would like to share it with you. Great for extended family vacations or groups of friends traveling together. There is more than enough room in the house for everyone to have their space.
What makes this property unique
This is the neighborhood in Dubrovnik that has the view. Villa Branko is an actual home, there is an upstairs and downstair and terrance area for you to enjoy. Most people rent apartments but we like to keep out home the way we use it and have others enjoy it too.
