This beautiful yet simple apartment is situated in the northern shore of the island of Mljet, in little bay, in small village of Okuklje.It's perfectly suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.Apartment is situated on the ground floor and it features a double bed for two, such as private bathroom and kitchenette with small refrigerator and water kettle. It also features air conditioning.The apartment also comes with a terrace and free parking on site.If in need for laundry service you can ask Dragan the owner to help you out.Children under the age of 8 can stay free of charge.Breakfast is available for a surcharge of 6€ per person.The apartment is just 10 meters away from the family owned restaurant and all of our guests have 20% discount in the restaurant.Rock beautiful beaches are a long all the bay, they are offering calm and peacful day at the beach.

It’s a popular stop for sailors due to its calm harbor, and visitors can enjoy hiking the nearby hills, exploring nature, or dining in local waterfront restaurants serving fresh seafood. The village is also a great base for exploring the island’s natural beauty, including Mljet National Park

Très bon emplacement, tranquille et rapport qualité prix plus que parfait.

Le fils du loueur qui été sur place en pleine révision pour des examen important nous a gentiment préparé une chambre alors qu’il n’était pas encore ouvert , la chambre étant disponible sur booking car il ne l’avait pas retiré, ce qui a été adorable. Le lieu est calme et propice à la détente, le salon sur la terrasse sous le citronnier et très agréable, petit mais bien pensé, pratique et sans chichi. Propreté irréprochable. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil, et bonne chance pour vos examens.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Relaxen und Entspannen....

Sehr schöner und vor allem ruhiger Ort um stressfreie Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Familie Basic ist überdurchschnittlich zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen. In dieser Unterkunft wird das Frühstück zwar nicht angeboten, weil das Restaurant erst um 12 Uhr öffnet, aber ein oder auch zwei Kaffee nach dem Aufstehen werden gerne serviert. Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alle Geräte haben anstandslos funktioniert und auch das Bett war für unsere Schlafgewohnheiten sehr zufriedenstellend. Frühaufsteher sollten sich jedoch Tags zuvor bereits mit allen erforderlichen Lebensmittel eindecken da der kleine Minimarkt am Hafen erst um 8:00 morgens öffnet. Der Mini-Markt ist nicht ganztägig geöffnet, er schließt am späten Vormittag wieder und öffnet erst von 17 bis 20:00 Uhr wieder seine Pforten. Im Restaurant der Familie Basic bekommt man sehr gutes Essen und Getränke zu einem sehr sehr fairen Preis. Öffnungszeiten sind 12:00 bis ca 14:00 sowie 19:00 bis open end. Im kleinen Ort Okuklje gibt es noch zwei weitere Restaurants, wobei eines davon nahezu ganztägig geöffnet hat. Obwohl der Restaurantbetrieb in der Nähe der Unterkunft stattfindet hat dies unsere Nachtruhe nie gestört. Die meisten Gäste haben bis 22:00 das Restaurant bereits wieder zufrieden und wohlgenährt verlassen. Partytiger und Nachtschwärmer werden in Okuklje insgesamt wahrscheinlich nicht auf Ihre Rechnung kommen, Familien und Ruhesuchende hingegen sehr wohl. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Familie Basic sehr sehr zufrieden. Und ein kleiner Geheimtipp: wer gerne Fisch isst sollte unbedingt den Anchovie-Teller (kalte Vorspeise) versuchen. Die großzügige Portion mit den kleinen nicht zu salzigen selbstgemachten eingelegten Sardellen ist ein Traum.
