Newly updated and refreshed, this seaside escape captures an easy beach vibe while still offering all the comforts you love at home. With stylish new finishes, we bring the essence of the beach indoors to you. Settle in and enjoy your pick of a 65” or 55” tv. Condo is 840sf finished with luxury plank and tile flooring.
We are ideally located directly on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, so you wake up to the sounds of the waves or glimpse the lively dolphins. Our second-floor location allows you to enjoy a completely unobstructed – and incredibly gorgeous – view of the beach and Gulf. And it’s only a short walk to popular restaurants on Restaurant Row.
This lovely condo will sleep up to 6 people; highlights include:
• Master bedroom with king bed and 55” smart tv
• Hallway bunkbed alcove, with power outlets within easy reach
• 1.5 bathrooms
• Inviting living/dining area with 65” smart tv and queen sleeper sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a granite countertop

Right on the beach, I relaxed on the balcony and listened to the calming sounds of the ocean. Sitting in the reserved chairs under the umbrella was perfect to enjoy the sun. The heated pool was clean and a perfect size for a few laps. Already planning for next year! It might be nice to include a throw; to cuddle up on the sofa.

The location was filthy and not at all as expected when booking. The hotel offered us a refund, which was perfect. However, it was 4:45 pm on a Sunday. The first thought I had was to call Destin Realty, as we have stayed at one of their properties in the past, with hopes that 1. the office was open and would answer the phone and 2. they had something available for the week. The lady I spoke to was super helpful at a very stressful time. We were not able to book at the property that we were familiar with but she found a unit at a different location, which was just as good if not better. I wish I knew her name to recognize her but I did not. She transferred me to Ava, who works in the office at Destin Beach Club. She too was super helpful. I can not thank her enough as I am pretty sure this was not a common situation. She was scheduled to get off at 5:00 but was able to get the contract and everything put together for us so that it was all completed when we arrived. The unit was extremely nice. The décor, colors and furnishings were my style, all the way. I appreciated the quality of the drapes too, especially in the bedroom. The room darkening was a nice touch. The unit was well furnished and we could not have asked for more! Yes, I could live there :)Thank you Destin Realty and Ava for turning a bad experience into a very positive one.

I love the location, great beach view and for us it does not overlook the pool so you don't have the pool noise during the day etc. We enjoy Destin Beach Club because it is a smaller property and that makes the beach way less crowded and more enjoyable - it really is fabulous!
