Holiday home located just around the corner to the water, shopping, restaurants and the ferry to Sejerø by Havnsø Strand. The cottage contains three bedrooms and a large loft. There are two bathrooms and utility room with washing machine and sink. From the dining room there is a step down to the living room with access to the covered terrace. Large, open terrace with sun loungers where the sun can be enjoyed. The plot is fenced. Good beaches and fishing opportunities in the area. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
