About this property

If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made on arrival.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor in a pretty joint ownership near Riells beach and the port, in a very quiet location, halfway between Cala Montgo and the village.
Upon entering, you will find a magnificent bathroom with a toilet, then 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single bunk beds.
Continuing on, the living room, with a modern open kitchen, leading to a living dining room. The room is equipped with air conditioning, Satellite TV and Wifi with free, free and unlimited access.
At the end, facing towards, a covered terrace with a barbecue, and a view of the swimming pool.
The apartment has been completely renovated and the residence is perfectly maintained.
Downstairs, a community pool with a very nice worm area for children and family.
If you wish, you can move around on foot or by bike, because the location is excellent, a few steps from the Riells Zone with supermarkets, shops, bars etc ...

Upon your arrival I will welcome you with a map and I will give you all the good addresses to know about L'Escala and its region.
During your stay, I will be reachable 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the event of a problem so that your stay is pleasant.
The tourist tax will be paid on your arrival, it is 1 € / adult (over 16 years old) / day (limited to 7 days).

Agréable sejour

L appartement est bien situé à côté de la réserve naturelle, à 5 minutes à pieds d une plage de galets où nous pouvions emmener notre chien. 5 minutes en vélo de la zone touristique, il y a des pistes cyclables et de quoi accrocher les vélos. Un petit quart d heure à pieds. L appartement est nickel. Très agréable d avoir deux toilettes! Bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse bien pour manger à 4. Attention il y a deux étages à monter pour accéder à l appart. C est un premier étage côté piscine et 2eme étage côté parking et accès à l appart. William est accueillant, disponible mais pas intrusif. Bref séjour parfait!

Un grand merci pour ces vacances!!! L’annonce était bien conforme à l’appartement qui est très bien situé et au calme, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Le gérant a toujours été à notre écoute et ponctuel. A refaire sans hésiter !
