About this property

Pretty villa with private pool next to a heavenly cove.

Pretty typical Spanish house in a very quiet area near one of the most beautiful bays of L'Escala.

We provide one towel and one face towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

On entering, on the left, there is a lounge with free and unlimited WIFI internet access and TNT SAT Astra 92 TV.
Adjacent a small well equipped kitchen.
These two bedrooms overlook a pretty, quiet patio where you can take your meals throughout your stay.

Below you can enjoy the private pool. The maintenance is done by a company.

Inside, two bright bedrooms with separate toilets and a bathroom with bathtub.

Parking is on the property, which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

The location of the house is exceptional with quick access to Cala Montgo but also to Illa Mateua, two of the most beautiful coves in L'Escala.

A supermarket is also nearby.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Nice house with pool and good access to beach

A short stay in a very nice place! Not far from the beach. The swimming pool is a real game changer and William a perfect host. We recommend.

Die Lage und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Deshalb werden wir wieder kommen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind von der Aufteilung und Größe sehr gut. Allerdings benötigt das gesamte Haus neues Mobiliar. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer wurden mit uralten Decken überworfen, die sehr unangenehm rochen. Ein Schrank hatte einen abgebrochenen Fuß. Dieser stand deshalb auf Büchern.Wir haben in den 14 Tagen das Wohnzimmer überhaupt nicht genutzt und hielten uns auch bei Regen auf der Terrasse auf.Im Schlafzimmer war das Doppelbett mit einer sehr guten Matratze ausgestattet. Darin haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Stores hätten mal eine Wäsche nötig. Sie rochen auch sehr muffig und hatten Spuren von toten Insekten. Der Schlaftimmerschrank ließ sich nicht schließen. Ich habe Ankunftstag eine Bluse hinein gehängt, die am anderen Tag den muffigen Schrankgeruch angenommen hat. Deshalb haben wir unsere Kleidung nicht mehr aus den Koffern geräumt und diesen nach Gebrauch direkt wieder verschlossen.Die Schlafzimmertür ließ sich von innen mit einem Riegel schließen. Ebenso von außen. Die Türklinke funktionierte nicht. Um meinen Mann nicht zu wecken, schloss ich die Tür von außen mit dem Riegel und vergaß den zu öffnen, als ich das Haus verließ. Dumm gelaufen. Das Bad war ok. Guter Druck auf der Duschamatur, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Dort stand auch die Waschmaschine, deren Tür sich auch nicht schließen lässt.In der Küche fehlte für das Frühstück kleine Teller, Eierbecher, eine Orangenpresse , Teegläser

Das Geruchsproblem tut mir leid, aber wir wussten nichts davon, da es in den anderen Kommentaren nicht vorkommt. Was die Türen betrifft, hätten wir uns sofort darum kümmern können, wenn Sie uns Bescheid gegeben hätten. Sie haben um einen zweiten Sonnenschirm gebeten, den ich Ihnen sofort gebracht habe. Unsere Reaktionsschnelligkeit ist unsere große Stärke. Insgesamt ist das Haus alt und deshalb ist es für seine Lage mit privatem Pool auch zu einem sehr günstigen Preis erhältlich. Ihre Kommentare helfen uns jedoch, die wichtigen Dinge für das nächste Jahr zu verbessern.

Maison très jolie et bien située malheureusement très sale, ménage non fait à l arrivée, couverts crasseux jetés dans un meuble pourri, meuble télé cassé qui a failli me tomber dessus, poussière, brosse à toilette très sale, poil d animaux partout, vaisselle sale, latte manquante sur un des lit. Bonne réactivité malgré tout du gérant mais notre expérience fut tout de même mauvaise.

12 Tage im Paradies

Die Lage vom Haus war perfekt. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe, wurde leider aber nur einmal gereinigt. Das haus ist eigentlich sehr hübsch auch wenn wir nur die Terrasse, ein wenig die Küche und das Bett benutzt haben. Die ganze Anlage gehört aber mal grundgereinigt und ein wenig ausgemistet. Unser Gastgeber verdient eine eins für die schnelle Hilfe wenn wir ihn gebraucht haben.Ansonsten hatten wir 12 perfekte Tage.

Der Eigentümer ist älter, und wir bieten nur minimalen Komfort, damit sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen. Es war uns eine Freude, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen.

Alojamiento bien ubicado tanto para ir a la playa como para ir al pueblo, el interior está muy envejecido y deteriorado aunque cumple la función sin más, muy buena terraza con la piscina, barbacoa y la parcela de la entrada para aparcar el coche tambien muy practica

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt toll! Ruhig, nette Nachbarschaft, nicht weit zum Strand. Der Pool ist ebenfalls klasse, für vier Leute perfekt, insbesondere das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Am schönsten fanden wir die Terrasse, ein wackliger Tisch und ein kaputter Stuhl wurden von William sofort ausgetauscht.- dort konnte man den ganzen Tag über gemütlich sitzen. Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable, sólo tenemos una pequeña queja, los somieres de las camas pequeñas tendrían que renovarse. Muy bien situado y William muy amable y atento. Nos gustaría volver en otra ocasion

Schöne Ferien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in L'Escala. William hat uns freundlich begrüßt und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus war sauber und es wahr alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten viele Ausflüge und Fahrradtouren von dort unternommen. Vielen Dank!
