It has an annex building, which has been restored to become three apartments which each sleep four people.

Wunderschöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit tollem schattigen Garten und herzlichen Gastgebern! Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und außerordentlich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Handtücher für's Duschen sowie für den Pool standen reichlich bereit. Die Küche war praktisch und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, durch die Deckenventilatoren ist es nachts ausreichend kühl. Die Terrasse hat durchgehend Schatten, auch durch alten Baumbestand, was es sehr angenehm macht sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren für uns die Fahrräder welche wir nutzen durften! Somit waren wir mit unseren Kindern in der näheren Umgebung auch ohne Auto mobil und konnten den Strand in nur 5 Minuten erreichen. Nuria und Miquel sind herzliche Gastgeber und für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Tipps bezüglich Freizeitaktivitäten und Restaurants die sie uns gaben waren durchweg sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank!

Vorweg möchte ich sagen, dass meine Frau und ich seit Jahren in Spanien mit dem PKW Urlaub machen und immer in verschiedenen Appartements waren, aber bisher nicht immer zufrieden waren. Das hat sich geändert, seitdem wir in dieser Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht haben. Wie wir zuvor die Ferienwohnung gesucht haben und die verschiedenen Bewertungen gelesen haben, waren wir skeptisch. Denn es gab von den anderen Urlaubern in keiner Kategorie eine negative Bewertung. Jetzt wissen wir, warum. Ich füge selbst keine eignen Bilder hinzu, denn es würde sich nur wiederholen und die Eindrücke stimmen zu 100 % mit meinen Bildern überein. Die Vermieter sind keine Vermieter, denn sie sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber, die man nicht wie üblich bei der Anreise und dann erst wieder bei der Abreise sieht. Es besteht auch während des Aufenthalts die Möglichkeit des persönlichen Kontaktes. Am Anreisetag gab es eine ausführliche Information über Möglichkeiten der Unternehmungen im Umkreis. Bei dringenden Fragen ist die Kontaktaufnahme über WhatsApp mit Miquel (Gastgeber) möglich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber vor allem liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist nur für die Gäste zugänglich und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Es sind auch ausreichend Liegen und Handtücher vorhanden, dass eine Reservierung in den frühen Morgenstunden nicht notwendig ist. Für Kinder ist auch mehr wie ausreichend gesorgt. Es ist ein kleiner Spielplatz, ein kleines Fußballfeld und genügend Spielsachen vorhanden.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Miquel und Nuria sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Sie haben sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert und sind immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen tolle Ausflugtipps und konnten bei ihnen z.B. kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen (man kommt mit dem Fahrrad super schnell zum Strand oder nach L'Estartit). Leider hatten wir einen kleinen Krankheitsfall, aber Miquel hat uns sofort einen Termin in einem Krankenhaus gebucht (10 min Autofahrt entfernt). Dort wurde uns sehr gut geholfen.Wir haben uns hier richtig wohlgefühlt.Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man findet alles, was man benötigt (Küchenutensilien, Föhn, Handtücher, etc...). Der Garten ist sehr schön und groß. Die Bäume spenden viel Schatten (es war sehr heiß) und wer will kann am Pool ausgiebig sonnenbaden. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine, da die beiden anderen Wohnungen teilweise nicht besetzt waren. Aber selbst als wenn alle drei Wohnungen besetzt sind, ist ausreichend Platz für alle.Es ist zwar etwas ablegen, aber wir lieben diese Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit :-) Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten an mehreren Supermärkten, Tankstellen, Restaurants und am Strand.Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub bei euch :-)

Wunderbarer Ort, um sich zu erholen und eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag zu haben. Im nächstgelegenen Ort lässt sich alles besorgen, was man braucht. Vom Gastgeber haben wir viele Ausflugstipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Auch das Internet ist sehr gut, mein Mann konnte ohne Probleme „Workation“ machen.

Un lugar tranquilo, bien ubicado y muy bonito

Es un lugar excepcional, con todo lo que necesitas en la casa y cuidando mucho los detalles: utensilios de cocina, cafetera, chimenea, incluso árbol de navidad. La ubicación es excelente para visitar la zona (desembocadura del Ter, L’Estartit, Begur, etc.). Y el propietario, Miquel, es muy amable y hospitalario. Nos dejó bicicletas para los cuatro y nos recomendó las mejores rutas y restaurantes. Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit ein paar Ferienwohnungen. Alle Gäste haben ihren eigenen Bereich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was wir brauchen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Die sehr netten Vermieter hatten zahlreiche guten Tipps für uns. Hier hat man Ruhe und dennoch die Nähe zu Stränden, Städten etc. Auch Barcelona war gut zu erreichen.

Topverblijf

De locatie en het verblijf zelf waren beide fantastisch. Alles was goed onderhouden en schoon, ruim en luxe. Halverwege de vakantie werd ons verblijf schoongemaakt, inclusief schone handdoeken en bedlinnen. De eigenaar kwam elke dag even vragen of we nog iets nodig hadden of opmerkingen hadden, wat wij als prettig hebben ervaren. Verblijf ligt op een gunstige locatie. Met de auto ben je binnen 5 minuten op het strand of bij de supermarkt, met de fiets is dit ongeveer een kwartiertje. Verder liggen er diverse plaatsen, zoals Pals en Begur, op 25 min. rijden. In de avond is het rustig bij het verblijf, maar de gezelligheid van l’estartit is zoals gezegd binnen 5 minuten te bereiken. Er is een grote gratis parkeerplaats aan het strand waar vandaan je binnen een paar tellen naar het centrum loopt. Wij hebben al gereserveerd voor volgend jaar.

Excelente apartamento rural. Muy bien cuidado y espacioso. Mobiliario de calidad. Camas excelentes. Baños nuevos. Silencioso y acogedor. Dispone de wifi que funciona bien, tv con salida HDMI y equipo de música con conexión USB. Cafetera Nespresso. Vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina prácticamente nuevos. Acogedora estufa/chimenea de leña. Jardín cuidado. El trato con el propietario, excelente. Con toda probabilidad volveré alguna vez.
