The house is in a strategic geographical situation: near the city and the beaches of the Costa Brava, and just at the foot and around the Gavarras. It is a town that belongs to the Gironès and borders the Baix Empordà with which it shares its landscape and its traditions. The house is familiar, cozy, and has heating in all rooms, fireplace in the living room in winter, air conditioning and all the necessary services of modern life. It is a little isolated from the town about 500m surrounded by pine trees and holm oaks and large outdoor spaces which invites relaxation and tranquility.
