My house is located 50 km from the Franco-Spanish border (below Perpignan).
It is 800 meters away from the sea.
It has 3 bedrooms with individual showers and a large hall with TV.
It has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, microwave oven and vitro-ceramic electric stove. 

Outside, there are: 1) 10 meters swimming pool on 5 meters
2) 2 barbecues (1 charcoal and one gas Weber brand)
3) a small house with kitchen, large kitchen table and dishwasher + toilet.

Good location for short holiday in L Escala

Host Pierre was very obliging. Helpful and discreet, Showed us around the area and introduced us to a supper restaurant. The outside kitchen and dining area were perfect for an early spring break. We were able to bbq and eat outside a few times.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Pool wird nicht mit Chlor behandelt und ist wunderbar. Das Haus am Pool hat einen Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Geschirr und einen Esstisch. Die Besitzer wohnen im Obergeschoss und sind sehr sehr nett und diskret. Im Wohnhaus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank mit Truhe und ein Herd mit Backofen. Im Garten gibt es viel Spielzeug, Hühner und Enten. Wir durften die Eier und Tomaten probieren.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Pierre est très accueillant et extrêmement réactif en cas de problème technique.Les possibilités d’activités dans le gîte ne manquent pas : piscine, water-polo, pétanque, tir à l’arc...De plus la région est magnifique et ne manque pas d’atouts : villages pittoresques, réserves naturelle et ornithologique, snorkeling aux îles Medes,…

Top wir kommen wieder.

Alles in Ordnung wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Pierre ist sehr freundlich gibt sich extrem viel Mühe das alles locker und lustigster. Frische Eier und Tomaten gab es auch geschenkt morgen wenn die Hühner gefüttert werden.

L'Escala stay July 2024

The owner lives in the 1st floor of this large villa, whilst the groundfloor is entirely for guests. We didn't see much of owner, just at check-in and occasionally as he passed through the garden. The swimming pool and garden are excellent. Our boys loved the pool, although people with young children should be aware there is no fence / gate around the pool. Outdoor activities: Boules Table football Archery Swimming pool The furniture is maybe a bit old, but that's not an issue. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms. Off-street parking available. We would recommend bringing insect repellent for the evenings.

Leuk verblijf in l'escala

Het huis is heel ruim, iedere kamer heeft badkamer en airco. De poolhouse is geniaal, er is een frigo en alles aanwezig om te koken en zelfs televisie. In de tuin is er van alles om zich mee bezig te houden, je verveelt je geen minuut. Locatie is top: haven, stadje en strand binnen een straal van 1 km, wel een stevige wandeling. De meubels en de decoratie zijn zullen we zeggen 'vintage' maar er is alles voorzien of zelfs meer. Funny fact: er zijn stoelen en tafels overal op het domein je kan dus steeds neerzetten waar je wenst in de zon in de schaduw... Er zijn kippen en eendjes in de tuin: ook leuk voor de kinderen. De gastheer Pierre woont op eerste verdieping, en is heel discreet en attent. Komt langs om zijn kippen te voederen en als er iets is dan regelt hij dat meteen. Een top kerel!

Une semaine agréable en famille. Nous etions surpris que le propriétaire habite sur place à l'étage mais cela est pratique aussi car il est sympa disponible et assez discret. Attention les moustiques comme en general en espagne, la maison a un petit coup de vieux en général. Une partie attenante bien aménagée et bien équipée.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit allem drum und dran. Große Zimmer und das tolle war, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Das Poolhaus ist zum verweilen und chillen genau so geeignet wie für das gemeinsame Essen. Es hat alles gepasst und war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Pierre ist ein super Gastgeber und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen 👍

Excellent séjour chez Pierre, très disponible et toujours prêt pour partager des bons plans restos ou ballades. Propriété bien située au calme, magnifique piscine avec cuisine d’été à proximité pour passer de très bons moments entre amis.

Irreführendes Inserat !!!KEIN HAUS!!!! nur 3 Zimmer im Haus

Positiv: 1. Ein toller Pool mit Extraküchengebäude. Negativ: 1. KEIN HAUS, sondern nur 3 Zimmer mit Bad im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes 2. BILDER MIT MEERBLICK IM INSERAT (aus dem 1.OG) gehören nicht zu den vermieteten Zimmern im Erdgeschoss. 3. KEIN WOHNZIMMER, sondern ein Treppenhaus mit 2 Sesseln, einem TV und einem Esstisch mit Stühlen 4. KEINE PRIVATSPHÄRE, sondern ein Außenbereich, durch den oft der Vermieter läuft, um nach Hühnern zu schauen etc. 5. INTERNETEMPFANG nur in einem der drei Zimmer 6. PARKPLATZ nur in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Mieter Der Vermieter/Eigentümer hat im Gespräch mit uns zugegeben, dass das Inserat Irreführend ist, da KEIN HAUS sondern nur Zimmer im Erdgeschoss vermietet werden und man von dort aus auch kein Meer und den Hafen sehen kann. Er versprach das Inserat und die Bilder zu berichtigen. Dies hat er bis heute nicht gemacht. Des Weiteren hat er behauptet, die Agentur hätte Schuld an dem betrügerischen Inserat. Nach Rücksprache mit Fewo-direkt stimmt das jedoch nicht. Wir haben für ein Haus bezahlt und nur 3 Zimmer mit Bad, ein umfunktioniertes Treppenhaus und eine externe Küche mit Pool bekommen. So gesehen wurden wir um unser teuer verdientes Geld betrogen. Das ist sehr schade und auch ärgerlich.

Volveria ahora mismo, Pierre es un arrendatario 10, la estancia perfecta todo limpio la picina espectacular y un luegar encantador. Si tengo q decir algo no tan positiva es que la playa no esta a 800 metros, es un poco mas pero no es un inconveniente si vas en coche. Nosotros volveremos!

Amazing villa with friendly owner

My family had a wonderful month long stay at this villa. It is well kitted out with everything you need for cooking and 2 fridge/freezers meant plenty of space to keep drinks cold. The pool and garden are kept clean and well presented. We enjoyed playing all the games such as volleyball, swings, swingball and boules. Pierre is a great host and is very helpful. We plan on staying again next year

Haus und Lage wunderschön! Rest lässt zu wünschen übrig!

Das Objekt ist sehr schön! Leider sehr wohnen die Besitzer oberhalb der Wohnung und sie sind sehr laut oft bis nach 22.00! Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen aber die Betten sind sehr klein es hat 2 Betten 90x 200 und die anderen zwei sind 140x 200 also sehr klein! Geschirr ist alles zusammen gewürfelt nichts passt zusammen Weingläser sind nicht groß vorhanden! Wir mussten auch bei der Ankunft noch die Abwaschmaschine ausräumen, der Grill hatte kein Gas und der Besitzer wusste nicht mal wie es funktioniert! Holz für den Kamin war keines vorhanden! Der Tumbler funktionierte auch nicht!
