There are two bedrooms in the cottage consisting of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a king-size both with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an open fire. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed rear lawn and patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Holly Tree Cottage is a wonderful base for couples and families seeking to explore Cumbria.
