Spacious luxury villa with sea view

This large, airy villa has been fully refurbished and furnished with many luxurious touches. Our aim was to provide a homely stay with high spec modification so you can relax in modern, comfortable surroundings with everything you need for your stay.

It has 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining area, high spec kitchen, separate utility room, wrap around patio area and barbecue.

The master bedroom boasts a supersize super king bed, built in wardrobe, safe, freestanding fan, hair dryer, hair straighteners, sea view balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom upstairs has twin beds, built in wardrobes and rear mountain view balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs is the third bedroom with king size bed , built in wardrobes, safe, freestanding fan and hairdryer.

The family bathroom upstairs has a twin vanity basin, toilet and a walk in jet shower. The downstairs bathroom has an enclosed jet shower, WC, basin with vanity unit and mirror.

The fully fitted kitchen has the following features: soft close doors, granite worktops, Whirlpool dishwasher, AEG oven, Bosch vent, 4 ring ceramic hob, Samsung microwave, Krupps coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The utility room has a large fridge freezer, Samsung washing machine and additional storage. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The open plan lounge / dining area is modern and spacious. There is a huge corner sofa that comfortably seats 6, coffee table, large freestanding fan, 55” flat screen Smart HDTV, Samsung Bluetooth sound bar, British IPTV box, Chromecast and Wi-Fi are all included.

There is plenty of space for dining inside or out. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs, or if you prefer, there is another table and chairs just outside on the front patio. There is also a small fridge here - perfect to grab a drink without having to venture too far.

Double aspect sliding doors lead onto a large wrap around patio area with sun loungers and brick built barbecue.

Across the road, opposite the villa, there is a large outdoor complex for communal use with a large outdoor pool, a children’s pool and a sun terrace with loungers, toilets and showers. Accessible with secure key cards only, it is a quiet and spacious place to relax and enjoy the views to the golf course and the sea beyond.

The fantastic golden sandy beach at Caleta de Fuste has been carefully constructed in a horseshoe shape to avoid currents and is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Many water sports are available at the water center by the Marina including; pedaleos, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet skis and snorkelling.

The marina is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which are available to hire and also provide local trips as well as a beautiful backdrop in the evenings. The award winning deep blue diving center is also situated at the Marina where they run a variety of courses to cater for individual or group dives. Many people choose to complete their PADI here in the stunning waters with bizarre rock formations and abundance of fish.

On the beach is a volleyball court, children’s play area and a beach gym. Camel rides are also available during the day. During the summer months the beach also hosts some fantastic beach parties and firework displays.

Fuerteventura Golf Club is an exceptional 18 hole par 71 golf course which was host to the Spanish Open. It offers an exceptional practice area, driving range, with more than 50 positions, 800m2 green putting, green approach, bunker and Pro Shop store. The villa is just a couple of minutes walk from the greens.

There are an abundance of bars and restaurants all nearby. A variety of international cuisine are offered to suit all tastes including; Chinese, Indian, Thai, Portuguese, Italian and of course, many fantastic local Spanish Tapas bars.

At the Atlántico Center there is a large supermarket, McDonalds, sport shops, shoe shops, perfumes, toilet rights, a ten screen cinema, bowling alley and games room. Located less than a mile from the villa, it is approximately a 10 minute walk. There is also a taxi rank and bus stop here.
