It is distributed over two floors: the first bedroom is on the ground floor, accessible from the entrance, and has a trundle bed (single convertible into a double bed) and a desk. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and access to one of the terraces of the flat. The third bedroom has access to a charming balcony with beautiful views and is equipped with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed.
The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor, an independent kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances, a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV with German channels, and a communal swimming pool in the quiet residential complex where it is located. The large terrace with outdoor table is ideal for having lunch, sunbathing, disconnecting and relaxing with the family.
