Master bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, 2nd double bedroom also with a kingsize bed, ceiling fan & the 3rd bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds, ceiling fan. Double wardrobes in all bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath & a seperate shower cubicle. Spacious living room with 2 sofas , smart TV with multi channels including UK channels, sports & movies. Like home from home with all its amenities

Spacious , comfortable with adequate private pool. Only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach with clear blue sea. Great hm facilities and plenty of good quality towels for the pool and bathrooms. Great out door seating and table area out of the wind . This is a great all round self catering villa for a family holiday. Highly recomended.

The property is in excellent condition and all the facilities are top-class. The location is superb for the beach and supermarket and is very quiet and safe. It was a pleasure and a privilege to spend two weeks in this lovely villa. The property managers, Steve and his wife were very helpful and efficient.

Villa Roy is a beautiful villa the owner has great taste of decor The only thing I didn’t like was when asked if my sister and her husband could visit one day and MAYBE !!!!! Stay over was told if paid £80 and £20 additional nights so we didn’t bother was only a maybe then told can’t come and use facilities my sister and brother_in-law are 64 and 65 so would of been call in for a coffee or a glass of wine after receiving this message we went to there hotel who were very pleasant and happy for us to visit just would like to let the owner know this

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr guten Unterkunft

Wir haben wirklich schöne 12 Tage in der Villa Roy verbracht. Es fehlt einem an nichts in der Villa. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight, besonders die warmen Temperaturen. Direkt am Haus ist eine E-Scooter Station, wer also nicht zu Fuß zum Abendessen oder Strand gehen möchte, hat hier immer direkt eine Alternative. Wir werden diese Villa sehr gern erneut buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
