High Quality Accommodation, Free Wifi, Private Pool

Spacious detached 3 bedroom villa, ideal for a couples or family holiday. Master bedroom with double bed, and patio doors leading out onto the terrace / pool area. Ensuite bathroom, large bath with shower over, his & her basins. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds & has a large flat screen TV & Xbox. Bedroom 3 is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family sized bathroom with a large walkin shower. Lovely bright open plan living room with huge comfy corner sofa, large flatscreen TV ( with lots of UK channels, movies & sports ), & DVD player. There is a dining area with seating for 6. The living room has 2 sets of patio doors leading to the garden / terraces & pool. Fully equipped kitchen ( newly fitted (2025). Private garden, pergola covered patio, with comfortable seating area, outdoor dining area with canopy & a Canarian style BBQ. Own swimming pool with roman steps & hand rail. There is a solar cover (can be electric heated in the winter months - cost 50 Euros per week). Air-conditioning in all bedrooms & living room (extra charge 125 Euros per week). Outside has terracing & artificial grassed area with 3 hole putting green, and established planting. Roof terrace for sun worshippers, and fabulous views.

Apartment is exactly as it looks on listing. Great to be welcomed on arrival. Villa and pool etc were perfect, kitchen stocked with items that was needed. Location was good us, in a quieter area but main tourist area was walkable or cheap taxi.Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely big villa and beautiful pool!

We had a lovely stay at the villa, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The pool was amazing, the sofas, chairs and beds were very comfy and the bbq was great. Smooth check in and out and we would definitely book again!

Villa holiday

Just returned from a week in this amazing villa. Had a fantastic time, loved the outdoor space. Well worth paying for the pool heating our daughter is disabled & needs a warm pool so this was ideal. Booked again for October, looking forward to returning

Very nice villa

Very nice villa in excellent location. High standards and comfortable throughout. Swimming pool was lovely however the first step down into the pool is very steep, and the pool liner over the steps is very slippery so care needs to be take both getting in and out, and take your own bath and pool towels with you. If privacy is important to you please note that that this villa is surrounded and overlooked on all sides by other properties. We very much enjoyed our week at this villa.

Great villa and pool

We had a lovely time at the villa. Directions were accurate. Area Nice and quiet .Communications were excellent with Sian who was very flexible and helpful with the current situation and our uncertainties about when to travel. Steve met us there and told us all we Needed to know. The villa was spacious, it has everything we needed. Paid extra for air con which was worth it at night. Outside area is fab and large. Pool Was lovely and well used by us, and cleaned regularly. The mini golf was a great little extra and used daily. The whole area was quiet as hotels are not open yet but we liked this. We felt very safe everywhere we went. The beach nearby (la guirra) was lovely . Large supermarket nearby. Lovely weather- warm and breezy .. perfect . Thankyou for use of villa . Home from home

A great experience from booking through to the end of our stay. We really appreciated being met by Steve on arrival for a quick tour of the villa and assistance filling in the Check-in scan app (not difficult but it would have taken us double the time on our own!).The villa is in a peaceful location but also very close to the shops and beach. We knew from Sian that the villa had been recently renovated and this was clear on arrival. Lovely modern kitchen and everything clean and well equipped. I suspect we'll return in the near future when we next want to escape the British weather!

March 7 day Holiday

Lovely sized villa for six people with plenty of outdoor space around a nice pool which was heated for our visit. Local shops and cafes / restaurants around a ten minute walk away. Steve met us on arrival and was quick to resolve a minor issue.

Fantastic get away

What a wonderful last min find we had. The pictures don't do it justice, the pool was beautifully warm. The beach was only a stroll away and so easy and cheep to get a taxi to the town. Would happily go back tomorrow.

What a lovely property. Clean and tidy and well equiped. Lovely outside area and good sized swimming pool. 3 decent sized bedrooms. Nice and quiet area so a very relaxing stay.

Excellent, last minute break.

We have stayed in many rental properties for our holidays over the years and this one was the best, even when compared to some more expensive properties. Sian who managed the booking responded very quickly and gave very clear and detailed information. Steve met us at the property and gave a very good introduction to the place ,showing us around and the use of the wifi , internet based tv and security system .The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need, if cooking when your on holiday is your thing. We also found that on this occasion the reality is better than the photos. Thank you to the owners for high standard of quality and detail that has gone into this property. Ken and Doreen

Excellent villa in good location

Villa was excellent for an enjoyable stay in Fuerteventura, It was well equipped with air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge area. Although you had to pay extra for the air conditioning it was well worth it as the temperature at night was very warm. The pool was well maintained and very very warm as the outside temperature is very hot in September and no extra heating was required. The internet was excellent, no issues whatsoever. Although there were other villas around it was very quiet.The villa is close to the airport and a short walk to the local shops and eurospar located in the shopping complex. Restaurants are a short drive away (approx 5 mins by car). Would dfinitely book again if we were to visit the island again.

Home away from Home - just perfect

We have just returned from this little gem and wanted to say what an amazing villa this is. On arrival we were welcomed by Steve who showed us everything we needed to know. We had arrived on an early flight and the villa wasn’t ready but there was no problem with dropping the cases at the villa and having a nice stroll to the Atlantico a centre. Steve texted when the villa was ready - all very efficient and not too long to wait. The villa it self has everything you needed for a chilled stay. The way it is laid out made it feel homely and very relaxing. The pool area was spot on. Totally enclosed, good size and the pool was glorious. The pool was cleaned regularly and minimal disturbance when they come to do this. I would 100% stay here again - Thanks to Sian for great communication for any queries before we arrived and thanks to Steve for any communication whilst on the holiday 👍👍👍👍👍
